First the booking was very smooth and fast and I booked by night second day early there was availability, second the team is very clean , respectful and professional , third work completed promptly and expertly . I highly recommend and definitely I no longer need to worry about handyman services anymore, I’ll book with them over and over

Very disappointing experience.

I entrusted a high-value silk jacket to this laundry expecting professional care and proper handling. Unfortunately, the jacket was returned with visible damage that was not present before. When I raised the issue, instead of taking responsibility and offering a fair and prompt solution, the process became unnecessarily difficult, with repeated requests for documentation and attempts to deny how the damage occurred.

What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability and the way the situation was handled, which caused additional stress on top of the damage itself.

I would strongly recommend being extremely cautious when leaving valuable or delicate garments here, as my experience was far from the level of professionalism one would expect.

I’m extremely satisfied with service provided by the cleaners. And it’s not only service but the price is unmatchable. Thank you Service Cleaners!

I am extremely disappointed with this cleaning service. I had a standard Wednesday morning booking, and they were either late every single week or didn’t show up at all.

Every week, customer service would call to apologize and rebook—only for the exact same problem to happen again the following week. This went on for five months. A service that cannot show up on time (or at all) is simply not reliable.

To make matters worse, they charged my card twice, claiming it was only an authorization—yet the full amount was deducted twice. This caused unnecessary stress and back-and-forth to resolve.

I’ve now cancelled their services. Dealing with them took far too much time and energy, and every week was problematic.

If you’re considering using this service, don’t. It’s been nothing but problems upon problems.

Worst cleaning company ever , They don’t come on time/and they don’t even come and when try to explain to them , they start to be rude and misbehave ( especially the reception person ) and they don’t compensate . WORST cleaning company EVER.

Most of the maids r not professional at all they clean like its whatever with them . Most of them
