Sentinel Car Park Omdömen 

My parents went on holiday to Turkey, having parked with Sentinel. My father spent all but 2 nights in hospital out there, air ambulance home 2 weeks later than planned. I went with my mother to collect his car 2 weeks overdue. Asked how much extra we owe for the overstay to be told nothing. Then car battery was flat, asked for help and 2 mins later staff with booster was there. Fantastic service. Definitely recommend.

From start to finish the experience at Sentinel was absolutely first class. All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The bus transfers are pretty much immediate and take just a couple of minutes with the bus stop only 100 yards from the terminal entrance.
The best airport parking experience at a reasonable price.

I was going to write, overall, a positive review but the lack of communication from the senior people in the company following an issue I had upon collection of the car.

In brief (and the car was only a month old!!) when I picked the car up the driver's seat was in a semi reclined position and all the settings in the car - i.e. radio, phone etc etc had been changed or tampered with.

The overall start and finish of the parking service was a good experience, until this point and subsequent lack of communication

This initial review I no initiated the response I was promised at the time and has now helped to close the issue.

This carpark is absolutely fabulous in terms of reliability, customer care and value, we wouldn’t use anywhere else when flying from Leeds Bradford. The whole process from booking to collection is seamless and hassle free. The car park staff are so well organised accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately on our return the car battery failed but a member of staff was soon able to assist us and we were on our way in minutes without having to call out a recovery service, we were very grateful and appreciative of the assistance. I would certainly recommend Sentinel and will always be our car park of choice when flying from Leeds

After a truly horrific experience using a taxi firm that basically left us without our lift back home at 1am, we did what we should have done and booked Sentinel. My husband is very nervous about leaving our car as he doesn’t want it getting scraped. He need not have worried. After early morning drop off and shuttle to airport, we returned almost a week later, at 11pm, to a friendly bus driver who helped with luggage and we got our keys back and my husband was more than happy to see car perfectly parked. His words were ‘I’ll do this again’. We won’t be using taxi drivers, we’ll be using Sentinel. Thank you!

Use Sentinel regularly. Never had a problem. Close to airport and frequent shuttle. Friendly staff too!

Absolutely the best airport parking company available. Stupidity without realising I booked Sentinel through a 3rd party (APH) that came up top on the Google search, my flight was cancelled the day before the flight the 3rd party company (APH) refused point blank to move or refund my booking and only offered a letter for my travel insurance!! So I rang Sentinel direct and explained my dilemma and a very nice young lady said no problem at all when do you want to change the dates too? So I changed the dates with Sentinel and have just come back from my hols.
This is how companies should be run they are professional and courteous and the drop off and collection went faultlessly. I would highly recommend them, next time I will be a Sentinel member and book direct with them.

From dropping the car off we were at the airport within 10 mins.

On pick up, there was a bus waiting and we were on the road 10 mins later.

The best offsite parking we’ve used across a variety of Airports and one of the cheapest.

If we ever fly from Leeds again I’ll be definitely using Sentinel

All 5 star reviews are correct. Absolutely seamless. No waiting. Very pleasant staff. I normally book on-site airport parking at double the cost but this was so quick from car park to departures I’ll definitely be using again

I rang in last week to book my car in as I couldn’t get into my account to access the 10% off online. The lady over the phone, Mina, kindly offered to do this for me. She took the payment and sent the confirmation all under 10 minutes, hassle free, which saved me a big job. I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve used Sentinel, the entire process was very easy and any troubles I had were resolved effectively. Thank you to the staff at sentinel for the amazing service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS

Awful experience!!
Collected my car from the designated parking spot that a member of staff had left it in only to find they had left the car in gear, and handbrake off which resulted in the car jilting backwards and colliding with a lamppost (it could have been very serious) informed a member of staff who became very argumentative and very rude (had a feeling he’d parked the car given his attitude) another member of staff came out and dealt with us.
As if the incident hadn’t been bad enough it was the sheer rudeness from the first member of staff we spoke to, his attitude was rather appalling. Iv never been spoken to like that before.
Sentinel still accept no responsibility towards this incident therefore it’s had to cost me in repairs. I will never use or recommend this car park to anyone.
It’s spoilt a lovely holiday

A great service, all the staff had a smile especially the transfer bus drivers. We forgot our pram and the bus, I called them and they brought it straight back around to us at the terminal. The bus driver on the return trip took us to a freezer in reception and let my little boy choose an ice lolly which was just what he needed in the heatwave. We'd also paid for an interior valet, my car was in quite a state....they've done an amazing job the car's like new, my Mum couldn't believe the job they'd done! Excellent service, thankyou for looking after us!

We have used quite a lot of car parking facilities for airports and Sentinel beat them ALL hands down. Excellent service, lovely staff especially our bus driver on the night of the 7th August, 2022 - he was polite, helped us all and just went the extra mile with a cheery smile. Great company and I and the family will definitely us their service again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - Excellent service

Always great service. I have been unlucky enough to be hospitalised on 2 occasions only days before being due to fly. Both times my wife tells me they have been brilliant totally understanding (and sympathetic) of our situation and have cancelled and giving a full immediate refund. I feel very safe always booking with them. They look after my car too! 5⭐️

Picked our car up last night, paid to have it valeted whilst parked, what a fantastic job the team did, it is like a a new car, will certainly book it again the next time we travel. Thanks to all the team for such a wonderful service and always with a smile

Excellent service from everyone at Sentinel. Tarmac car park, excellent reception, quick bus transfers and the bus driver was extremely helpful. We arrived back at 3.30am on Monday 27th June and the driver lifted all the suitcases onto and off the bus. Highly recommend this company.

Arrived afternoon off the 9th June, and collected early hours this morning (around 4am)

Fantastic service, quick, easy, car was parked up ready for collection in good sized bays. Staff very helpful. I just wish I had paid for a wash to save me the hassle of doing it myself.

Excellent service. Arrived early but that was no problem. Only two minute wait for bus to LBA. Despite a delay on return flight, bus was there very quickly. On both occasions driver very helpful with luggage - "You go and get your keys while I unload your luggage". Car ready near to office. Will use again and recommend. D Hook
