Sentinel Car Park Omdömen 

Excellent service from Carl today at Sentinel who fixed my car when the gas pedal got stuck. I was travelling alone with two small children and if I had parked in one of those airport car parks without staff and a reception I would have been sat on the side of the road crying in the middle of the night. If there are any awards for a Sentinel employee of the year my vote goes to Carl! Thank you so much!

First time using Sentinel at Leeds Bradford Airport - very easy to book - very good communications - very easy to find and park and very quick transfer for flight. Arriving back waiting for us quick transfer back to depot and easy picking up of keys.

Brilliant service and due to go away in July 2025 - will certainly book with them

The Sentinel Parking at Leeds Bradford airport is absolutely spot on! The drivers are very friendly and helpful and retrieving your car keys is super efficient. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Our return flight from Krakow was delayed by 20 hours. Sentinel were fantastic, has a bus waiting for us on our return and no additional charge for our over stay as it wasn't our fault. Fantastic service and will always use when flying out of LBA

Our plane was delayed and I remembered that the Sentinel agent had told us, on dropping off our car key, that we were not to worry if there was a delay because they track the planes.  So we were quite relaxed.  We arrived at 23 h pretty weary. We got on the Sentinel bus which left pretty soon.
We were very impressed, when us coach load of tired passengers got off the bus with our cards, how quickly the Sentinel agent quickly gave us the correct keys and directed us to the correct bay where our car was parked.  It was amazing.   We really appreciated their efficiency.
When there is so much poor service in life, it's almost a miracle when things work super smoothly!!

Absolutely fantastic service (with a smile!) from Sentinel car parking in Leeds.
I used Sentinel before and always very successful but need to write this well deserved review because what happened yesterday (Nov 7th ‘24).
I was a passenger of an unfortunate flight which was diverted to Liverpool. I was worried that my car, parked in Leeds was only booked till 9:30am, when I supposed to land and collect it. Unfortunately, we finally arrived in Leeds after 1pm.
We were not only allowed to collect our cars free of charge for an extra time but it was an extremely kind, polite and just simply nice service from the young lady at the counter - a highlight of my stressful day! Thank you!
Btw. your bus drivers are amazing, very friendly too!

We are regulars of Sentinel using them at least twice a year. Previously we’ve been very happy because the staff especially the drivers have been so helpful. Not this time unfortunately. We were collected at the airport by a driver, called Darren I think. At the start and end of the journey Darren never left his seat. There were elderly people struggling with their suitcases. It’s a blessing that there were no disabled people because I suspect they would have been left to their own devices. I would like to thank the driver on our outward journey (17/9) because he could not have been more helpful. A fantastic ambassador for Sentinel!

Parked my car with Sentinel in September 2024. Service going out was very good and helpful. Return to collect my car and was attended to by a rude obnoxious person who wasn't helpful at all, who just told me my vehicle was "down there, "with no indication as to where "down there" was. I would use Sentinel again, but there has been a staggering increase of £42.00. Will have to rethink, especially after the rudeness, for which there is no excuse.

Just had to leave a review today after seeing the bus that left us waiting for over 15 minutes at lba displaying no.1 on trust pilot.
My 81 year old mother was less than impressed also, good job keep it up.
Update, Quick response from the md he looked into my booking as stated and promptly refunded me a few day's later, thanks and I will consider booking in the future.

I have used Sentinel for years. They are friendly, helpful and we never have to wait for buses. At the end of August we dropped our car off an flew to France for a week. Unfortunately my partner was taken seriously ill. We had to stay in France for nearly a month. I rang Sentinel and explained the situation. They were so lovely. They just told me not to worry and just to let them know when I was ready to collect the car. They didn't charge any extra, as some other companies would. A first class service with wonderful staff. Thank you!

Perfect from start to finish. Friendly staff, super quick and efficient. Best UK airport parking experience, will definitely use again.

Professional and friendly service.
We were so impressed with Sentinel Parking at Leeds airport. Everyone from the reception staff to the bus drivers were friendly and so helpful. We were parking two cars but could only drop one the evening before as we needed one to get to our hotel.
As we were flying jet2 we were doing twilight parking and when we mentioned to the receptionist that we were going to park in the airport to drop off our cases she suggested we left both cars there, jump on their bus so we could drop off our cases, therefore avoiding parking charges in the airport and then a quick trip back to Sentinel on the bus to collect the car to take us back to the hotel.
Next morning we returned to drop the second car and got back on their bus back to the airport.
Drivers help get your luggage on and off the bus, the cars were ready for us when we returned. Easy and stress free. Wish Sentinel operated out of Manchester airport. They would wipe out the competition. Thank you to all concerned.

I was attracted by the low cost for a weeks parking and proximity to Leeds Bradford airport. We arrived at 5:15 am and were checked in very efficiently and alighted the waiting bus straight away. A short two minute drive to the terminal and dropped off. In return after a week there was a short wait until the bus collected us from the terminal and drove us back to the drop off point outside the office. Keys were collected and the car was located in a line of cars ready to drive off. Very efficient and will definitely use again.

Not worth booking I’ve just looked it’s £78 for a week in September I’ll get a taxi instead £52 return what a set of greedy clowns

When I collected my vehicle I immediately noticed that the rear sliding door was out of line and initially wouldn't open. The door lock was loose and wobbly. I reported it and numerous photos were taken as proof. I received an email from their manager Andy stating that they've never had any attempts of breakins or vandalism and that the problem was due to wear and tear. They obviously must have video footage of my vehicle as I left it and before they moved it which would prove my point! I'm very disappointed with the members of staff that dealt with this issue because they are letting down the rest of their team that are excellent. I just hope that they no longer state that they have never had any attempts of breakins or vandalism because it's not true and unfair to others! Warmest regards Jeff.

Travelled from LBA this year and so needed airport parking. I booked sentinel via holiday extras with a night in the Travel lodge for less than I would have paid for airport parking.
It was a breeze.
We dropped our bags at the hotel before driving the 3 minutes to the carpark and it could not have been simpler. The guys were so friendly and had all my details to hand so it was really quick yo check in my car. They give me a card to keep as receipt and then drove me and my daughter to our hotel.. door to door.

On return apart from a couple of minutes to see where the bus was (hiding behind a local bus straight ahead of us when we got out of the terminal) they drove us to the car park even helping with our luggage. The driver then took my receipt card and popped into the office returning with my key in less than a couple of minutes. All done with grace and a smile. I would definitely use this again.

First time booking excellent service will be back

I booked with Sentinel for the first time after using the long stay many times at the airport. I have to say I thought the service was exceptional and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The staff were all very cheery and efficient, I had expected a delay when they had to deal with a bus load of returning passengers all wanting their cars at the same time but it was seamless. A very positive experience.

Excellent service. Used them a few times now and will continue to do so in the future. Zero waiting on arriving and leaving. They are so efficient it’s brilliant. Our flight home was cancelled too and the next flight wasn’t till the next day. I rang them from Spain at 3am, the bloke answered cheerily and politely and said not to worry and there won’t be any additional charges for the extra day. The service is completely hassle free. Excellent company and service, your car is in good, safe and secure hands. Highly recommend them.

As usual a brilliant service!! We love Sentinel. No waiting EVER. Park up, drop keys, jump on bus. Coming home…… get bags, jump on bus (never had to wait) pick up keys and on the road!! We’re only about 10 miles from the airport so you may think it’s cheaper for a taxi? Perhaps so but it’s much easier knowing your car is there instantly. Done with the taxi/delayed flights etc. Thanks Sentinel! A thousand thumbs ups 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
