I contacted Senior Home Plus to get information and advice about residential care for my mother. I spoke to Jenifer Walker, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about locations available. She put in me in touch with a local care home, but unfortunately at this time we have had to put plans on hold. If situations change I would have no worries about contacting Senior Home Plus again for help.

Initially very helpful conversation. However having said they would send me details of up to 5 possible care homes, they sent my details to 20+ Homes without my permission or the relevant information regarding my family member. I have been inundated with calls and emails which are unwanted.
I have sent many emails saying we are no longer looking but keep getting contact from the advisor.

I contacted Senior Care Plus between Christmas and New Year following concerns about Dad and that as a family we felt he required additional support. I was really impressed that Jake Saunders immediately provided support and recommend a home that my Dad moved into soon after. It has a close to family so they can regularly visit, and as a family, we have been really impressed with the care and compassion our Dad has received. Things have moved along so quickly and smoothly which is greatly appreciated. We are really grateful to Jake and the team at the home where he is receiving the great care he needs.

Joseph has been helpful and patient in our search when we are desperate. Luckily, our aged elderly don't need this type of service now. In the future, if we need this service, we will go back to Joseph.

Joseph offered practical help. Looking for a new Nursing Home can be very time consuming at an emotive time. Explaining our needs to him, he quickly got back to us with some options. From this information, we quickly made some very important decisions about our family member in need of specialist care. He also followed up, to see if we needed further help. We would like to thank him for his help and can confidently add that our family member has now got a new home, that we know she is safe in.

She advised of good homes in my area and I was able to visit and select the best and most appropriate one, all due to relying on her recommendation. Waiting a while for a meeting with social services, Hannah was in constant contact to see how things were progressing. She called me several times and we also kept in touch with emails. I live in Canada, and trying to support my elderly mother-in-law from a distance has been very challenging. During my search for resources, I came across the Senior Home Plus website and began completing the online form. Unfortunately, the form would not accept my Canadian phone number, which left me feeling quite frustrated and unsure how to reach anyone for assistance.
To my surprise, within about 15 minutes I received a call from an advisor named Maya, and the experience completely turned around. Maya Smith was exceptionally helpful—she listened patiently, asked thoughtful questions, and showed genuine understanding of the difficulties we are facing. She provided clear guidance on what information we would need, what steps to take, and what to look for when evaluating care options.

Maya also went above and beyond by sending me a list of care homes in the area where my mother-in-law had lived and even offered to contact the homes on our behalf to check availability. Her support made an enormous difference; for the first time in a long while, I felt I wasn’t navigating this process alone or in the dark.

Great customer service from Jennifer Walker. Kept up to date with any relevant care homes suitable for our mother in law/mam. Not receiving calls too much however as requested more on email to read when available to do so.
Jennifer was friendly and professional. The only reason we didn’t go with the suggested care home was because for now we have decided to continue with carers visiting the house.

Omg! Don't even begin to fill their enquiry form!!! I started completing it then realised they were trying to get SO MUCH private data i didn't follow through. So even though I hadn't submitted the form i started getting unsolicited and unwelcome calls from them from the rudest man ever.
I have requested an immediate request to remove all my data and intend to report to the ICO. This sort of behaviour is abhorrent, especially when people enquiring may be extremely vulnerable.
