This is a start up company with expected growing pains... with that understanding you can be patient and encourage them to improve.
Service is working fine. When I had a few issues I contacted them via chat.
I had a fantastic experience with Kaleena, who addressed all my questions and was super helpful!
She followed up in a polite, professional, and timely manner. People like that are an asset to the company!

All the best and I hope you guys thrive on this business model. It's a win win.

Paid on the old website for 5gb at $5 on 29 March, was told to contact support on 2 April when they changed to a new website, have sent messages via the chat bubble, email, Twitter. No reply to any of them, I think they have been flooded with requests and don't have the staff to deal with them.

Well, at first there were some problems like a slow website and issues with the eSIM.
Probably because the Employee of Seeek were overrun by the amount of new users.

But after they got a new Website, there are no problems anymore with loading it.
And the customer service is really good. They tried to help me always with all my problems.

Also, 3GB for free in a lot of countries all over the world. What do I want more?
So yeah. I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

A new company but service is great. Initially I was hesitant to pay for jumping the queue and get the eSim. But once I got the esim, it was super simple to get it working on my Pixel 7 phone in Canada. Speed was better than my main career which is using 4G network, because this eSim uses 5g network. Overall it has been a nice option for backup data. I have not got chance to test it for travel, will see how it goes.

Amazing service. I had to wait 72 hours after paying to skip the queue. Reach out to support and they help provision my QR code quickly.

Ich habe mir den nada Tarif bestellt und zusätzlich die 10gb. Nach 3 Tagen habe ich endlich die e-sim Karte erhalten. Leider hat diese nicht funktioniert, kein Internet. Habe den support mehrmals angeschrieben und nach 6 Tagen Antwort bekommen das sie resetet wurde. Dann hat sie funktioniert.

Zudem habe ich den 10 gb Tarif gebucht, leider sehe ich nirgends ob er aktiv ist oder ob ich ihn überhaupt nutze. Seit 14 Tagen warte ich auf Antwort vom support. Weder Chat noch email.

Auf Ihrer webpage funktioniert nur sehr wenig.

Egal ob es günstig ist, support ist der schlechteste den ich kenne. 3 Personen sind für 300.000 Kunden zuständig. Stand jetzt

Ich habe Mitte März die Nada eSim bestellt und die € 6 für „skip the queue“ bezahlt. Die eSim konnte ich nie installieren und der Support reagiert NULL auf meine mittlerweile zahlreichen Kontaktversuche !

My eSIM paid for 6$ is expired and there is no way to extend it or create a new one. Now that I just want to definitely cancel my registration, there is no option to delete my account and my personal data.
Hopeless!

I have had mixed experience with them. They were working fine but suddenly one day they stopped responding. I kept chasing them with my requests to restore my data bundle. Got the response one time and then completely stopped .

Overall great experience! i like the support. they are very friendly and a great product. i can recommend to everyone.

You pay and you'll never receive your eSim! Support goes dead silent! Just read all the negative experiences on OzBargain or Mydealz and check for "SEEEK".

I've been using Seeek since beginning of march 2024. I had to contact the Support Team twice, but they immediately found a solution.

Bisher alles gut. Zuverlässig und alles wie versprochen.

I paid the $6 to skip the queue and got my SIM which even worked great for 2 weeks. Since then nothing works and support hasn't responded for weeks. I guess it's just to lure in new people to pay the $6 but you won't get what they promise, just 1 or 2 weeks of internet.
Don't be fooled by positive reviews, they promise 1GB/month extra for people who leave a positive review.

Ich habe mich angemeldet und nachdem die Warteliste nicht voran gegangen ist die 6€ bezahlt um zu skippen.
Habe einen QR Code für die ESim bekommen, aber mein Handy sagt der sei schon eingelöst worden. Auf meine Fragen im Chat antworten sie seit Tagen nicht.
Update: Nach so zwei Wochen habe ich dann plötzlich einen neuen QR Code bekommen und der ließ sich auch hinzufügen und das Handy verbindet sich auch mit dem Netz. Leider lässt sich aber keine Datenverbindung herstellen. APN ist der automatische von Planet3/drei.at

Update 04.10.2024: Erneut ein neues Dashboard. Ich gebe noch eine letzte Chance und habe ein Support Ticket aufgemacht. Sollte sich was verändern update ich die Bewertung

Great low data eSIM for emergencies. Used this down in Dominican Republic, and while it worked 90% of the time, it's way better than the pricey eSIMs from other carriers. Just stay in the queue if you're not in a hurry or skip the queue to speed things up. Happy overall!

Edit: May 30, 2024. They have now become unresponsive and their sims and website no longer work.

Edit: Oct 1, 2024. They've reissued my sim now.

I was skeptical in the beginning, but gave it a shot.
I paid $6 USD to skip the queue and try their free Nada service (3GB free data every month).

The eSIM was very easy to set up and within minutes I was connecting to one of the local carriers here in Canada. At 5G speeds no less.
I've been using it for over 2 weeks now and have been very impressed.

There's been some issues with their site over the past couple weeks, but other than that, the actual service has been solid.
I plan to sign up my family members when their Skip the queue service comes back again!

Perfect travel or backup SIM, with 3gb of data per month apparently funded by SMS ads. I like the business model! The data works in Canada just fine, and while its not the absolute fastest its more than enough for social media or web browsing.

Hatte noch die 6€ bezahlt und die esim am nächsten Tag auch erhalten. Diese funktioniert bis jetzt einwandfrei. Fehlt mir noch der travelpass für Nordamerika bzw. Mexiko. Ich hoffe das Beste.
