Great Service and communications from Tom Wilkins

The service provided was prompt and helpful.

Easy to use and set up and support Brilliant. Thank you Karen for such a great experience when I needed your support.

Our company has recently swapped to using Secure Screening Services for BPSS checks from another supplier.
The service offered is far superior - they do the screening activities for me (such a relief!), and I can see progress easily on the dashboard and I get copied into any reminders, so I can prod too if needs be.
And the report at the end is comprehensive and usable if I need to show our clients.
And had a query today which was resolved quickly and professionally by a friendly support person.
Overall, highly recommend

We seldom need to get our staff screened but it comes up on occasion. As it is a bit of a rarity I am not the best at understanding what needs completing. I am so pleased I chose Secure Screening Services, my mobile has been on speed dial to them and they have held my hand every step of the way. The speed of delivery of reporting has been beyond timely too. We will be using them again!!

Great customer service

Secure Screening Services are fantastic at customer service, they are quick to respond and always very helpful. Unlike other companies, it doesn't matter if you don't always speak to the right person, everyone is so helpful.

On behalf of my team and myself, I want to express our gratitude to everyone at Secure Screening. Every single person goes above and beyond to help, no matter what. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

We have recently acquired another business, so we've had many people needing to go through the process. Whenever we have a question, someone always gets back to us the same day, sometimes even within the hour.

Thank you, Secure Screening, for everything you do and for continuing to support our business.

Everyone who works at Secure Screening is so polite and friendly.

Nothing is too much trouble for them, they go out of their way to help the company and the applicants.
