Secure Screening Services Omdömen

I would like to thank Simon Plenderleith-Price for his fantastic service. He was extremely helpful and resolved the problem straight away.

Always exceptionally helpful and friendly. The support provided with BPSS queries is consistently excellent. Helen Harris assisted me today with several queries and was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely supportive throughout.

We’ve had a really positive experience with Secure Screening Services.

The team are genuinely helpful, they actually answer the phone (which makes a huge difference), and they take the time to help us work through screening with candidates who aren’t very tech-savvy.

Because of this, we’ve been able to get a lot of candidates on site quickly with no unnecessary delays.

Ting Ting has been really helpful throughout and is always quick to support us, which has made getting our jobs done a lot faster.

Would definitely recommend Secure Screening Services.

We were struggling with the process at first, but once I contacted Ting Ting she was incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, guided us through each step, and made it much easier than we expected. Her support and professionalism really stood out, and we’re very grateful for her help.

Great service — thank you, Ting Ting!

My team and I were facing some issues with my profile and the team was very helpful, they were able to reply back to us quickly and Tom Wilkins was able to provide us with a quick solution. He was kind and very clear with the instructions.

I had a great experience dealing with Secure Screening Services, and in particular Tom Wilkins. Communication was clear, prompt, and professional throughout. When our requirements changed, Tom handled the cancellation and refund process efficiently and without any fuss, keeping me informed at every step. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is both responsive and genuinely helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

Simon was very responsive and helpful! Got things sorted right away

We needed an urgent security clearance report for a candidate and were recommended Secure Screening Services. The customer service was excellent and I particularly wish to single out Ting Ting who was extremely helpful when their app/website was not performing as it should. I would have given a 5* review had it not been for the numerous website issues I experienced during the registration process. Be warned it is not compatible with any other browser than Chrome. I hope they can improve on this going forward. The human contact and customer service I experienced whilst trying to get this report urgently was amazing. Thank you Ting Ting.

Simon was very helpful with my query today!

Secure Screening have managed BPSS checks for a number of our people recently and have done so professionally and efficiently. In getting the last 3 completed, Helen in customer service was super helpful, much appreciated.

Simon was super helpful getting my report done quickly for special financial screening required by our client on one of our employees. It is rather difficult to find excellent customer service with all the automation other companies use, but Secure Screening Services does the best customer service I have experienced!

Simon in CS has been a tremendous help with the screening process. I cannot recommend Simon and the SS team enough for your corporate screening requirements. 5*

Great experience with Ting, I had a query regarding a couple of candidate's screening and she assisted straight away and managed to push them through for me, great service

Excellent service. I was able to see my candidate's progress with his security checking easily and at a glance from the dashboard. The portal is very user friendly and easy to navigate, but Jon Adams was on the end of the phone to answer any questions I had and to assist when prompt action on my part was needed. Thank you to Jon and Secure Screening Service I will definitely use you again.

I had to speak to yourselves and was very impressed by your colleague Helen who was brilliant and couldnt have been more helpful.

She is a credit to your company and now we will use you in the future.

Had a query regarding my checks and Mike offered me various solutions. Mike was very efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to others based on my experience today.

I have sent over photos of my ID more times than I care to remember and I’m constantly being asked to do it again.

I never hand out my personal details to any other companies. I don’t sign up for anything and keep my details private . Since handing over my personal details to this company for the first time in over 10 years, I’m suddenly getting phone calls from scam companies, telling me I’ve been in an accident asking me if I need help with debt consolidation et cetera et cetera. I have had DBS checks done with other companies in the past and they’ve all run smoothly and efficiently. the only people that call me are my employers and my friends and family. Worst decision my employer ever made using this company as the initial application was made in July and it still hasn’t been sorted out but I feel my details have been shared in the wrong places.

I was in a right muddle with trying to get everything together for my clearance but after talking with Mike, he made everything super easy and my clearance was approved the next day! Thank you Mike for your knowledge and care :)

I recently completed my background screening through Secure Screening Services and couldn’t be happier with how smooth and supportive the process was. The communication was clear, the instructions were easy to follow, and any queries I had were dealt with promptly.

A special thank you to Ting Ting, who went above and beyond to help me gather and clarify my self-employment evidence. She was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout every stage

They have a great response time, and cooperate really well through their emails.
