Sea Moss UK Omdömen 360

Order not delivered to door, was apparently left by the courier on a window ledge in the common parts of my block of flats. Shared with 14 other flats. So it was clearly stolen due to not being delivered where the courier claimed it was, in the ‘front porch’ according to the photo proudly provided by seamoss uk customer services when I queried my missing order. I wrote back to them, provided evidence the box was left in the common parts hallway where anyone can take it and no reply! Now you may say, what does this have to do with an order from Sea Moss UK as it was a delivery issue? Well common sense and good customer relations would warrant a sensible reply as they are the ones who chose the courier, not me, and their chosen delivery provider FAILED, and lied about the implied security of their actions. I won’t be buying from seamoss uk again as they’re sloppy and untrustworthy.

First of all I ordered an item of sea moss not only did my first item come more than a week after I ordered it but when I opened my order straight after receiving it I found MOULD on the surface of the sea moss. I requested a refund for this item as I was not going to consume it and I also only wanted a refunded, I never wanted to order from this website again. Kindly they gave me a refund however they also sent me another jar of sea moss, I don’t trust this company at all and there was no intent of me eating the next sea moss jar they sent. But I still received a confirmation email for the package being sent, after some time the package came and I just opened it a few minutes ago and found two sea moss jars, one of them being shattered to pieces and the other one opened. I can’t believe this company doesn’t even know how go packages said delicate items of glass to prevent this occurring. Don’t buy from this company, I wouldn’t be surprised if their sea moss was also fake. If I could add pictures here I would, as I’ve got proof of this horrible experience

Timely delivery of the product was good and the product it’s self self is good and has been very helpful and great jobs guys

If your not going to eat this in two days which is hard to do as your only suppose take a teaspoon or so a day the water starts to separate from the gel and it stats to stink to high heaven I hadn't used much they don't state how long it lasts and how to store it I had to throw the whole jar in the bin it smelled vile on first opening it didn't smell only midly of sea but once opened and left for a week it goes off !!

I ordered 2x100g Irish Sea Moss, only received one, emailed them, no response. I had no problems with them before but I certainly will never use them again. I have to chase it up with my bank fraud team now which will take 14 days. Disgustingly unprofessional company.

Edit: They are either refunding me or sending a new one.

They can communicate, they not responding to my chats, they sent wrong order

Been using this for 8 months and it has made a huge difference. Obviously you can’t only use this, it’s a lifestyle change but wouldn’t do without it now!

I placed my order over 12 days ago and still haven’t heard anything from the company or any shipping status, delivery is way too long especially for a company that is supposed to be based in the uk???? Crazy, they don’t even reply to emails.

I wish I never bought from them, don’t bother with them if you’re considering!!
