Probably had a couple of hours total run-time. Failed the grindstones looked new unmarked.

The price in the internet did not show…
The price in the internet did not show the transport and the costs for the taxation, which was very high.
It was not possible for me to contact the transport company to explain the fact that the product was for Switzerland and that the Swiss VAT and customs were paid directly.
The product itself was as expected and sent in short time.

I bought a Sealey Jump Starter through Ebay. The instructions were clear in that I should charge it for 38 hours before first use. I started charging it and after 2 hours it indicated that it was fully charged. I started to doubt the instructions! I emailed a query on this direct to Sealey and received immediate clarification that I should leave it charging for the full 38 hours in order to condition the battery. Well done Sealey customer service.

Poor customer service handling charges…
Poor customer service handling charges are a rip off..il never use there product again . No mention of charges when purchasing or help from there staff..rang them directly and asked if i could speak to a manager refused that and fobbed off ..£21.00 out of pocket with their charges

Their unable to help can’t let you check a an item to see if fit for purpose as it means they have to open a box and let you view it
Their recommendation is order one off eBay then send it back if no good
So basically Sod off we don’t want or care for your custom
Hopefully other firms will treat them with the same manner
