Om Scrummi
Skrivet av företaget
Established in 2010 Scrummi has been providing salons and spas with single-use biodegradable products. Our sustainable towelling, salon and spa products are designed to help you reduce your environmental impact. All with one key mission, to liberate the planet from laundry!
What is a disposable towel we hear you ask? Well to keep it super simple, it's a towel that is biodegradable and single-use. We can see your alarm bells ringing but believe it or not single-use is the best-case scenario when it comes to salon and spa products. This elimnates the need for laundry which saves you time, money and energy every month. Once used our products are designed to be disposed and will biodegrade helping to liberate the planet from not only laundry but product waste.
Did you know Scrummi is a certified B Corp™! Becoming a B Corp demonstrates to our partners, stakeholders, and colleagues that we are a business with the highest environmental and ethical standards. It also demonstrates to our customers, partners, and suppliers that they are doing business with a brand that is a force for good.

The product is good but the delivery…
The product is good but the delivery service is extremely poor.
I was told 2 days running I would get my parcel, yet despite being in waiting for it, it arrived on the 3rd day.
The courier left a photo that wasn't even near my address saying I wasn't in, liar.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delay in your delivery and the issues with the courier service.
As soon as we were made aware of the situation, we acted swiftly by raising a formal complaint with our delivery company. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for your parcel for two days, only to experience further disappointment due to the incorrect delivery update provided by the courier.
We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the product itself, but we are deeply sorry that our delivery service did not meet the high standards we aim for. Rest assured, we are actively working with our delivery partner to ensure this does not happen again.

My order arrived on time and in great condition, unfortunately one item had been picked incorrectly, one phone call to them and they corrected it immediately with no questions. I mean immediately too, I felt I was a sudden priority, goods was recieved next day. Excellent customer service, utterly brilliant. Would recommend to anyone and will certainly use again.

Great for dogs too!…
I’m a dog groomer and use Scrummi towels to dry my dogs before they get blow dryed. I used to use standard cotton ones and spent time (and money) continuously washing and tumble drying them. Scrummi have not only made my life so much easier but they’ve reduced my carbon footprint significantly and are a much favourable affect on my bank balance. Thank you

Always very happy with scrummi towels
Always very happy with scrummi towels. Great quality, well the thicker ones. Unfortunate I get less towels now which is a bummer. But other than that never had a problem. Service is good and delivery is quick.
