Highly recommend this product
Cannot recommend the magnesium spray highly enough. Been using it for a few weeks now and it’s so easy to apply and can feel the effects instantly resulting in really good quality relaxing sleeps

Magnesium spray…
I was skeptical about using a magnesium spray for sleep, but it’s become part of my bedtime routine. I spray it on my feet and legs before bed, and within about 20–30 minutes I feel noticeably more relaxed. It seems to ease muscle tension and helps me settle into sleep faster. I’ve also been waking up less during the night and feeling more rested in the morning.
