For your Deep Clean enquiry, we gave you the option to proceed with the estimated price or send us a video of the property for a fixed quote.
The video you sent us only showed the floor. We couldn't see the vast majority of areas that needed cleaning, and so it was insufficient to provide a fixed quote for you. We asked you to send another video, and repeated you could alternatively proceed with the estimate.
We're both surprised and sorry you felt the need to leave us a 1* review based on this, without actually using our cleaning service.
Hopefully you reconsider.
Great deep clean
They were very efficient and on time and completely transformed the flat and all the nooks and crannies so we were able to get our deposit back.

This was my first time using Srubs
This was my first time using Srubs, and I’m really impressed! The team arrived on time, was very polite, and did an amazing job. My place looks and smells so fresh — they paid attention to every detail and worked efficiently.
Booking was simple, and communication was clear from start to finish. It’s always a bit nerve-wracking trying a new company, but they definitely exceeded my expectations.
I’ll definitely be using Srubs again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional cleaning service!

These guys are absolutely amazing
These guys are absolutely amazing. Efficient professional and super accurate. We used their services for an end of tenancy cleaning of a 4 bedroom house with carpet clean. The house has been occupied for 8 years and very dirty. They worked magic! Really impressive!Also, compared to the other agencies their tariffs are very honest.

I can't recommend Scrubs Cleaning enough for end-of-tenancy cleaning! They were an absolute lifesaver. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. My apartment was left looking better than when I moved in.
The attention to detail was what truly impressed me. They got to every nook and cranny, leaving the place spotless and smelling fresh. This was a huge weight off my mind during the stressful moving process.

Amazing customer services
Amazing customer services! I had a last minute book change (less than 24 hours) and Lynn was a star. She was able to acommodate my booking for the same day but at a later time when it was more convenient for me. This took out a lot of street for me afectively and quickly. Great work Lynn, keep it up! I am very pleased and thankful.
