Dear Norma,
As you know did we ship your order instantly only is there still some extreme delay in shipments such as to Mexico mainly due to local COVID-19 regulations. Your order was since last Monday marked as received in Mexico and should be delivered any moment. Again our sincerest apologies for this delay caused by the entry to Mexico, we are about to launch new shipment options to avoid delays in the future. I will contact you also by email again to follow up with you and see if there is anything we can assist you with.
