Looks, finish and quality of the pen is top notch. I had a small issue with refill which s still not resolved as refill is not in stock for more than a month. This premium is useless if refills are not available in India

A truly wonderful 22K Gold Luxury Fountain Pen with medium nib & converter.

A fantastic independent pen company, selling lovely products. I didn't think I'd find a fountain pen reliable and easy enough to use daily until I ordered my first pen from Scriveiner, but the one I have looks lovely and writes beautifully too, and is very easy to look after.

Not just that, but Scriveiner's customer service is excellent too. Immediate response to emails, friendly and very helpful in answer to all questions. I really couldn't recommend them high enough for gifts or pens for personal use.

Well I purchased my Fountain pen. Tried to work the app and had no luck, I sent Dan the info and it was fast.

Beautiful designed pen. Weighted evenly with a full metal body that gives it a look of elegance. Writes smoothly with no delay in flow at any point in the ink cartridge life span.

Actually what made my experience with this product was the appearance of the pen and the ink doesn’t clump up on the ballpoint, excellent writing conditions. Keep up the great work in manufacturing these pens. The pens are stylish in appearance and that’s what catches the eye. Also, the gift box that it comes in was very nice. Mine came with one ink refill and a small cloth to clean the pen, that was great. Thank you for your service, Greatly appreciate it. The price is worth it and the warranty as well. Scriviener is my kind of pen.

The rollerball pen I ordered has an excellent finish, silver chrome and gold, is well balanced and writes very smoothly. Packaging was perfect, with a two box layer and came with a spare refill. My subsequent message to the website regarding pricing and website was answered very quickly within 2 hours and offered all the data I needed and more. I thoroughly recommend Scriveiner and will be purchasing more in the near future.

Scrivener has absolutely amazing customer service and the product itself is also amazing. I bought a fountain pen and it is the nicest pen I have ever had, I just love it.

This company were great to work with. I had a minor problem installing cartridges - yes how simple can it be? Don't answer that! I had a Sunday response from Sonny with info that I can use the larger units from other manufacturers and they fit a treat so I will try some more small cartridges next time. Very happy, thanks Sonny and Team. The pen is beautifully built too by the way and is lovely and smooth to use.

Sexy as hell. Heavy and solid like a well made tool, the nib glides across the page like a swan on the water by the dawn's early light.
Best pen I've ever used, including a Mont Blanc which I found to be the most overrated thing since Taylor Swift and her silly leotards.

I was so pleased with my own Scriveiner fountain pen because it is well made, nicely fitted and a pleasure to hold, so I showed the pen to my son, who also likes to still handwrite personal notes. He was clearly impressed, so I ordered one for his upcoming birthday. A problem with the bank payment initiated an email from the company explaining what was wrong and also explained how I could correct the problem at my bank. I corrected the problem and quickly received an actual email from the company thanking me for correcting the problem and assuring me that the order would now be processed. This level of focused customer support is rare today. Every company should take care of their customers like this.

Amazing pens and even better customer service. I bought an edc pen and I handled it a bit rough. Dropped it a ton and it lasted a long time until the cap busted off one day. Emailed customer service and they sent me a replacement. Amazing service and even better pens. Thanks guys.
