Dan is good, gave me the specifications for replacing a part [not the nib] for my fountain pen. Timely, accurate information, so I could order the part online [it arrives next week] and I am back to writing with the pen.

The scrivener ball pen looks great feels great in your hand when writing and I get a lot of compliments about the pen

Der Service, welchen meine Frau in Anspruch genommen hat ist ebenfalls sehr gut und direkt.
Es war wirklich sehr gut Beschrieben wie meine Frau den Gutschein -Code bei Amazon einsetzen könnte und dank der sehr ausführlichen Beschreibungen hat auch alles sehr gut geklappt.

I purchased a fountain pen, which appears excellent but the nib was defective. I approached the customer service by email. I also submitted a photograph of the defective part. As they were not in a position to supply a new nib they refunded my money on the same day of my complaint.

Literally, the quality is truly remarkable. I know it's just a pen, but it is really nice! It looks great, feels great, and writes beautifully. The only less than perfect thing I'd say is, they do write heavy. I had to switch to the fine nib, and on cheap thin paper, it's visible from the back side. But this isn't made for cheap crappy paper. It's made for quality. I use it every day for school and work, and the notes I take with it are stunning. I've actually gotten several compliments on my notes lol. And I'm glad I got it. I was apprehensive at first, cuz it's a bit of money for a pen. But I was tired of cheap, crappy, usually free pens. And I'll continue to purchase from them. To the Scriveiner team, f***ing bravo.

Unbelievable customer service. They replaced a pen that I purchased after a few days into my ownership my pen fell and bent the nib. Also, not only did they take care of this matter but they also informed me of where I could get replacement nibs in the future. I will definitely continue to purchase their products.

First of all the pen is great! I had been using it a couple months when I dropped it and jostled something loose. I almost cried, I was that disappointed. But, I contacted them through their website, and even after an email snafu, Scrivener replaced it for me without any hassle.
