Fantastic service, Andy and Sue were very helpful with my remortgage. I would highly recommend Scout financial services to anyone, very proactive and made everything easy for me.

We have recently used Scout Financial Services in the process of buying our first home. The entire team were amazing from start to finish! Ashleigh, Fiona and Lesley were brilliant. They really made what felt like initially a daunting experience into such a more manageable process and were transparent and professional throughout. The communication we received was excellent and they were also helpful in aiding us in choosing insurance policies. We are incredibly grateful for the entire team in helping us along the way in purchasing our home, highly recommend!

Ross was a great mortgage advisor when he helped me move house. I liked that he didn't use too much jargon when explaining things, as it helped make the experience a little less overwhelming. I found him very reassuring and confident in what he does. Sue was also a pleasure to deal with. She seemed very organised and personable. Both Ross and Sue were very approachable, and always friendly. I'd highly recommend them - they make an amazing team.

We had a good experience with Scout financial services when we used them to get a mortgage for our new property. The first agent made a few mistakes on our initial application which caused us to have to reapply and incurred a second credit check which was not ideal. The second agent was great and made sure the application was filled in correctly and checked everything thoroughly to make sure there would be no more mistakes. We were able to secure a mortgage for our property without any issue and we're really pleased with how scout rectified the initial mistake.
