Easy ordering process, friendly delivery drivers

Overly tedious ordering process when ordering by phone, so many irrelevant questions - fair enough if your a new customer, but I’ve used them for 38 years. However, delivery was as scheduled and price per litre fairly competitive.

A first class reliable service. Respect the fact that Scottish Fuels provide accurate regular updates on delivery times. Staff are always helpful.

Give a price how much per litre at time of order not when delivery

From ordering through to delivery, the service was excellent. Communication was clear throughout, with helpful text updates confirming the expected delivery time.
The delivery drivers are experienced and professional, and they always point out any potential issues they notice, which is very reassuring. Overall, a reliable and high-quality service that I would happily recommend.

When I ordered fuel .couldn't be told a price for reasons to do with the price fluctuating.
I was okay with this as I needed fuel.
I was told a date and I got a txt telling me the price before hand to ask if I still wanted it.
It arrived on the day stated .
So was kept upto date

A very unhelpful response to my initial telephone call.
A failure to prioritise us as we have been told in the past would happen, resulting in our having to switch off central heating and Rayburn for a week.
When the delivery was made the driver did not announce his presence and left the delivery note in an inappropriate place which I didn't notice for several days.
However, I would have given 10 stars to the lady in your Inverness office when I visited to see if I could sort things out. She was excellent.

Missed two promised delivery dates. Missed delivery date for previous order too. It makes it very difficult to judge when to place an order. Drivers courteous and helpful though.

Usual procedure, phone call order and tank gets topped up a couple of days later. Pre delivery call to advise me on current situation with pricing and wanting confirmation of delivery

Very poor as when ordered was told the price was around 70 to 75 pence per litre. Delivery a week later and bill came in at 99 pence per litre. Consequently I will buy my kerosene from another supplier next time even if they are dearer as I could have got the oil for 85 ppl. So do not listen to them when they say they will always look after you, garbage

good review from me. Not your fault that the price of oil has doubled. Try to keep it as low as possible as I am 92. BUT AM PLEASED .
