Oil erdered and delivered within 48 hours. You can't beat that for service. On a down side spent 15 minutes arguing with a computer while trying to order oil. Sooner you go back to a human that answer... Se mer

Why is there a difference in pricing at…
Why is there a difference in pricing at different oil companies in my area. Difference of 20p per litre. And Certas who is my provider was 20p more compared to rivals

The company has always been very good…
The company has always been very good and reliable. As I wrote in a previous review. I was just very shocked at the price of my last delivery, which I wasn’t told till after delivery, unlike all previous times. I know : circumstances etc., but I feel it was very hastily done, and hugely inflated, then the website was down for a few days…..

Surprising pricing
It seems surprising that our price for heating oil has risen by 100% when the pump price for motor fuel has risen by around 25%, and heating oil from your own company appears to be cheaper in the Outer Isles than it is in Skye.

The bill at £750 was massively higher than any account I have had from you before. A warning should have been given before you sent the oil.

“Order?! What order??”
I have used Scottish Fuels for a few years now and they have been first class! But recently, especially my last order, (which wasn’t logged)not so much. Through no fault of my own, I had to ring to find out where my order was, to be told “what order?!” By which time my oil had run off and it was cold and the price was increasing daily and I didn’t know how much it was going to cost me…. Disappointed ☹️

Great people but lost my trust
A really great experience with them until the Iran conflict and they elevated the price immediately to a price that appeared to be taking advantage of the situation with price gouging. I found this broke my trust in them and the many years of great customer service, confidence and great people. I am now installing solar, battery and heat pumps as a direct consequence of their action.
