Have not finished the process with J3 as of yet but came across a very complicated situation in which Tesheena a member of J3 team had joined a joint call and stated exactly the difficulties and thought for me and my case to move the situation forward and retrieve the information and not only that for them to send me the current statements and information that were kept hidden from me for over 20 years. I recently got into a bad situation with credit card debt. From the very start J3 debt solutions have been amazing. All the staff I spoke with were understanding of my situation and very helpful from start to finish. If anyone is reading this and is in a situation like mine, were almost all your monthly wage was being hoovered by credit card debt please call them and see if they can help. There is pros and cons to a trust deed and im not saying they are for everyone but its so reliving to have your debts under control.
