Great service! Quick response from day one. Don't worry if you missed any call from them. They always call you back. It may take longer for your first and second call ( usually 45min to 1 hour ) but it is only to make sure that the company holds correct details about you and your circumstances. You will also may have few 5 min calls from the claim date and till the final decision. All of the options are clearly explained. Agents are super helpful. Recommend!
