I found myself in an incredibly difficult position after losing my partner and being her full-time carer for five months. I had no income during that time, fell behind on bills, and was facing everything alone while grieving.
Debt Advisory Services stepped in and explained everything clearly, simply, and with so much kindness. They didn’t rush me, they listened, and they helped me set up an IVA that actually makes things manageable again. They understood my circumstances and treated me with dignity and respect — something that’s been sadly lacking from other official bodies I’ve dealt with.
I can’t thank them enough. They’ve given me breathing space and a way forward when I felt completely stuck. If you’re struggling and don’t know where to turn, please reach out — they genuinely care.
