I got my son one for his birthday a few weeks ago and he loves it. It come within a few days and the quality was unmatched, going forward I would definitely recommend them.

Purchased one of the scooters for a birthday present for my nephew, didn't know much about these electric scooters however he hasn't let it go since. Very long battery life and quite nippy, would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to purchase one of these, great customer service and made my nephew a very happy lad

I’m really pleased with the ScooteUK team. My order arrived within the time frame stated on their website and my scooter was really easy to assemble. It has had such a positive impact to my day to day life as I don’t have a car, so it makes my life so much easier using my Scoote to travel to and from work. Really happy with the service. I’m thinking of purchasing another one as a gift soon.

I needed replacement tyres & innertube & they were replaced I'm good time.

I will never ever recommend your company , I spent 900 pounds on one of your scooters last Xmas , it stopped working after 1 week of my son having it , after contacting customer services was promised that they would sort it out for me , nothing has ever got done about it , and the scooter is parked up to this day in my living room , would never buy from you , very poor customer care , what a complete waste of my hard earned money and one very disappointed son .

ordered the scoote max pro and it is a Beast! delivery was around 5 days due to courier issues out of scootes control, AMAZING SCOOTER, GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY

Scoote uk went above and beyond to ensure my order got to me before my sons birthday, they did have some issues with couriers however when I called them they explained and they even went on to make sure the parcel was delivered the next day by dropping it off the depot instead of waiting for the courier to collect it from them. BRAVO 👏

Not the best at communicating but still a very decent company.

Ordered an electric scooter spent 480£
The dash where the speed was showing didn’t work they said top speed was 45-50 km and autonomy 50 km
Yet the autonomy it’s 8 km the rubbishes scooter i ever seen I don’t recommend to buy from this website they don’t answer the phone if you unpack the box you can’t return it even if you drove the scooter for test 1 km
I tried to contact them but nobody it’s answering

I ordered an EBike from these guys, then read the reviews after receiving no information back after a week. I sent snot mails and left panicky phone messages thinking what have I done. Well I didn't need to worry, I got two apologetic emails and a phone call saying sorry they were exceptionally busy. They advised me my bike would be sent the next day. I then received an email with the delivery reference going via Tuffnells. Right, the reference number didn't register or work with Tuffnells but not Scoote's fault. The bike arrived in a beaten up ford transit with a young eastern European driver who carried it into my house for me as I'm a 7stone tiny lady. My husband put the bike together and et Voila first trip out last weekend. The bike is still a little too big for me, and it wouldn't go into gears 6/7, BUT I don't see this as Scoote's problem, more a manufacturing issue which can be resolved. So whilst a delay in communication at first, I'm pleased with the bike, the price I paid. Guys just improve your Comms! I'd defo buy from them again.

Great experience with them once I could get in contact was communicating clearly through emails and my scooter was fixed within the the next day would definitely recommend the best out there.

Ordered a bike on the 15th of July and it still hasn’t arrived on 13th September! I have phoned emailed and been on the online chat ( that no one replies) The money is taken on the day of order then communication is very poor. Still no idea when the bike will arrive and it’s very frustrating.

Competively priced, quick and easy to order and arrived in no time at all - what’s not to like!

My order was dispatched and arrived promptly but unfortunately had a faulty throttle cable. Numerous emails and WhatsApp chats were all completly ignored. I end up dealing with Eliglide directly as they also contacted you to try and help which only resulted in you ignoring them also. Would not recommend your company to anyone due to the awful aftercare service on a faulty purchase...

To be honest communication between supplier and customer could be a little better. Seriously though, this company went above and beyond to get my scooter to me in 2 days. What a piece of kit as well, wholey recommend this company.

Honestly the best scooters out there!
