I ordered a e scooter maxfun pro on 8th jan 24 but I didn't receive my scooter as well as tracking number. Also they are not replying to my emails as well. No option of contacting them. Please anyone can help me regarding this matter to solve this issue as soon as possible. Because I have made full payment in advance . 😔😔😔

Beware this company is an absolute disgrace sent a scooter back for repair 18 months ago paid for the return postage as requested they never sent it back despite sending me emails saying they were sorting it out paid nearly £1000 still no scooter Beware they are a rip off company

Probably the worst place to buy your scooter , paid monthly for when it breaks which was baisically every 2 weeks and when it breaks for given 3 diffrent ones until they fixed it but I just would keep away from this place

The schooter which I got was from 2020.. this is too old . I paid for a new one and I got an old one.

I would rate this company 2 because it’s full of promises and cannot follow through with their plans. Delivery is 3 to 5 weeks not 3 to 5 days like it says on the website. They also promised a rebate for my inconvenience of which I’m still waiting for.

Didn’t get my order and only now two months later you email me sayin I will get refund

Hi I did not receive the brake leaver and payment was taken twice. No one has replied to me about a refund.

From day 1 things went wrong. Late delivery. Then 1 month later the motor seized on my scooter. Many attempts to resolve the problem but ended up with me needing to send scooter back in a box. How do I find a box big enough? And why should I pay?! No contact with them after many mails and tried calling several times with no answer. No response from mails. So I’m stuck with a £600 scooter that doesn’t work. TERRIBLE COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COST

Beware absolute nightmare these are just a bunch of scammers & thieves I bought a new scooter broke after 1 day took 8 months to get them to pick it up they said they had fixed it asked for £50 for shipping etc paid it over 3 months ago still never arrived now I'm £950 out of pocket can't get hold of anyone it's now 16 months since first purchase the scooter

I have used Scoote for a few months now, and I can't say enough good things about it. The service is fast, reliable, and easy to use. The pricing is very reasonable. And the customer service is amazing!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Absolute joke of a business, take your money and never respond to any emails. Tried to get refund on product never shipped but still no response. Thank god I used PayPal so they are now dealing with it!!

I ordered a scooter(cruiser) on the 18th of November 2022 for a Christmas present, after waiting 2 weeks I contacted them and was told it’s been held up in customs. Contacted them again a few times and got the same reply, it’s being held in customs. Messaged again in January 2023 and not heard anything, no answer from emails, phone or direct message. I thought buying direct and not from auction site would be safer. Buyers beware they will take your money and you won’t hear from them again.

I've used scoote for about a year and a half, and I absolutely love them! The service is great, the people are friendly, and their prices are fair.
