I bought the starscope as a gift. I didn’t realize the phone attachment was sold separately. If I would have known, I would’ve have bought the attachment when I bought the scope and saved having to pay shipping twice. Although the savings code did help. So grateful for the code.

I saw the SAVVY SMART DEALS and about the star scope. In their ad which they claim the scope allows you to see clearly up to 1 1/2 miles away. That is a BOLD LIE. When they put in my order they charged me close to $5.00 for a warranty coverage. I emailed the company and requested that this charge be removed. I have not gotten my credit card bill so I don't know if they gave me a truthful answer. I tried to return this scope because of the fraudulent lies. They want me to pay for the return. In a contract which is what we enter into when buying something the seller CAN NOT USE FRAUD TO OBTAIN A SALE. THAT VOIDS THE CONTRACT. SO I CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD AND DID A REVERSE CHARGE.
Once I get my bill I will contact my credit card company and inform them of the SAVVY SMART DEALS FRAUDULENT AD.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT SCAMMING COMPANY.
tried to register the scope but your sight indicated that I had to input my credit card information and that it would be charged $1.99.
My bank refused to pay you and indicated that this was a fraud.
When I tried to register the scope your site kept popping up a "SOMETHING WENT WRONG".
I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD AND WAS INFORMED THAT YOU TRIED TO CHARGE MY CARD $2.00.
PRIOR TO THIS YOU CHARGED MY CARD FOR FUTURE WARRANTY, WITH A MONTHLY CHARGE OF $39.00. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD PAY SUCH A FEE THAT COST MORE THAN THE DEVICE?
BUT ONCE I CONTACTED YOU I WAS INFORMED THAT THE MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED FOR THE OVER CHARGE.
NOW WITH ALL THIS INFORMATION I REALIZED THAT YOUR COMPANY IS RUNNING A SCAM.
I WILL NOT BE A VICTIM OF YOUR BULLSHIT SCAM.
AS SUCH I WAS TRYING TO RETURN THIS SCOPE BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO FIND THIS INFORMATION ON YOUR SITE.

Now everything ok ...as the shipment came from china but the company resist in the US this was very confusing....also the website with ( i stoped counting ) whith pop ups /deals / add on / etc. made the whole process and also the company very suspicious. I had the very strong feeling the order I placed was scam!!!

Ordered 3 Bug Zapper lites, never received, but charged my card.
Ordered 3 Bug Zapper lites on 4/30/26. Stated 7-10 delivery and they charged my card $118 immediately on 4/30. It is now 6/2 and they have not been received, nor emails answered. I called and they said they had no order and would call me. Never did. I reported it to AMX as Fraud/Scam.

The problem was that somewhere on their website I got redirected to a different site that was a scam. Had to cancel my credit card and change all my passwords Company appears to be ok but they may need to fix some bugs
