1. Shipping and Billing addresses should be separate. I wanted to send to a friend. Now I have to ship it a second time.
2. I can't get into the tracking of the package because the order says "Other" which is not on the drop down list. I expected the package to already be here and it's not. Ordered on 8-8-26

Unauthorised charges on my credit card
I have been signed up to a VIP membership that I did not consent to and charges have been taken from my credit card without my authorisation!! Now...no one is answering my emails to stop this and refund me. Not happy at all and do not recommend these people!!!
Note: Since this review was posted, the company has been in touch and has assured me the membership has been cancelled and that those charges will be refunded.....so now I am waiting to see that show up in my account.
But I must say that I am relieved they have at least contacted me over this matter.

Deceptive advertising.
When I purchased my StarScope I was given a discount code for 50% off on accessories (#50D4H648F9). When I ordered a iPhone camera mount I attempted to apply the code and it would not work. I ended up paying the full $49.99 plus shipping. Also, the original ad I saw said the mount was included with the StarScope. The Star Scope did not arrive with the camera mount. Deceptive advertising and false discount codes. Not a good business practice.

There was NO real information about needing the sim cards in the original order. The sim cards were added to the final charge with the cameras, without my okay. There are not clear instructions on how to set up the cameras with my phone. So I would say over all, it feels like I was sort of "taken" when it was all ordered. When I called the phone number, it cuts one off, and you can NEVER get anyone to help ! Am still struggling with the set up in order to use the cameras. A very unhappy customer

I bought the starscope as a gift. I didn’t realize the phone attachment was sold separately. If I would have known, I would’ve have bought the attachment when I bought the scope and saved having to pay shipping twice. Although the savings code did help. So grateful for the code.
