I ordered three smart cards. To protect my debit cards from being accessed. Instead I never received anything. And it's a subscription now. They're charging me every month. And you cannot get a hold of them.

Ordered safecard like other reviews. Took a long time, but after a couple of follow ups finally received today. Now not sure I should use them. Instructions indicate you need to scan a code to active them

I really should know better than this, but when you're dealing with companies that understand the average consumer has upped their game, so do they. To lure you with one company name, attached to a known one for creditability then the charges and alleged order fulfillment comes from another one, you recognize too late, there may be a problem! I am dealing with the same as everyone else, following the same process of solution! The question I now have, and maybe we all should, if anyone ever receives their card, will it actually WORK; as in do what it was advertised as? They've lied about everything else! What if they're just another criminal enterprise gone digital, think of the "gift card industry!

Ordered Safecard. They took my money and charged an outrageous shipping/handling fee. Never received product I ordered.

It's only 3 cards and it should have been here within a week or two it doesn't take a month. It has been paid for in full plus the lifetime warranty through my credit card with Capital One. Is this how you people treat your customers to make them wait some over a month they have been waiting for their cards too and it's only 3 cards.

I better damn well get my cards between now 3/7/2025 and 3/14/2025 otherwise I will call Capital One to cancel out that order and you people going refund every penny back to my account, here is my address: And no more DELAYS, I DON'T WANT MY PICTURE POSTED ON THIS JUST GET MY CARDS TO ME ASAP.

I ordered the set of 3 RFID cards from them on 02/03/2025. Had not heard anything from them so sent a message to them starting on 02/11/2025 and every few days for a total of seven times. Received a response three out of the eight times saying first that they were delivered and I responded I never received them and have had no response from them since. Received my credit card statement today and called them to dispute the charges and they have removed them. I again emailed Savvy today and let them know what action I have taken. All I will say is DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH SAVVYSMARTDEALS!!!!!!!

Don't order anything from these crooks. They lied for 7 weeks telling me enough to keep me thinking I would actually recieve my order. Nothing ever happened. I finally had to call our credit card company and report the fraud. They are reversing the charge.Horrible people to deal with.

I had noticed another charge on the bill that I couldn't find any info on. I immediately cancelled my order. Received an email stating my shipment was delayed. Send a reply to refund my money. Was told if it hadn't ship their shouldn't be a problem. Was told a shipping label had been printed an on the package. Was told they would expedite the refund. Received another email stating it was delay (with a coupon for $30 off). Stated I still wanted my refund. This started Feb 17. What was suppose to be $45.99 morphed into $64.97 on my credit statement. Today is March 3rd and still no refund. I have received 3 emails so far stating it was delayed all with a coupon . Have repeated stated I want my refund NOW!

Ordered safe card a month ago and never received it.
I ask via email they respond it shows delivered but I never received it and I am not the lone ranger either. Others have said the same thing. Whoever they use as a Carrier is not doing a good job. Cost me $74.00 for a product that problably cost a buck. It would not hurt them one bit to mail out again but please use USPS.

Ordered safe card almost month an ago and never received it. They have not responded to my inquiries either. I will be warning others in social media to check out theses reviews before ordering anything from this web site.

ordered the "safecard" after reading reviews from another site. never received the cards and never received a response from "savysmartdeal" other than auto response from a bot. I wouldn't buy anything from them ever. going to escalate complaint if not rectified in the next week.

I ordered safe cards two months ago still have no received. You cashed my check either deliver it or refund my money.

I ordered 3 Smart Cards, but after 21/2 weeks, the cards have not been mailed. I emailed the company, but they did not respond. This company is a SCAM and I'm going to see if I can cancel with the credit card company. I only wish there was a "ZERO" Star rating.

I ordered 3 safe cards from this company and now I got an email today saying that my 3 animal id tags are going to be delivered on February 14. The only way to contact them is via email and I did send them an email but I don't want the 3 animal id tags. It's really frustrating that there is no other way to contact them except by email.

I ordered a health smart ring from them in December, by the 18th I hadn't heard anything so I wrote them. This is February 11 and they just answered my email. I never received the product.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I ordered 3 safe cards from this outfit. After 3 weeks no cards. Canceled the order and 8 days later they had a delivery service throw the envelope over my courtyard fence. I have been sending emails for over a week everyday and no response. I need to return the cards as I don't want them. Filed a dispute with my credit card. Hopefully they can get an address to return the item.

i order the Titan rings and cancel my order right away then called my credit card company who backed out the charges. Which is want I wanted. More than a month later the rings arrived in the mail with new charges. My credit card company will not reverse the charges, so I am stuck with rings that are not sized correctly and didn't want. No customer support number only an email.

I ordered 3 safe card units from them and they sent me 3 FindZ units for cats and I can't get InTouch with them. They say do live chat but provide no chat page. This company is a rip off. They just took my money. Don't buy anything from them. I know I'm not ever again and I'm going to put them on social media as the rip off they are.
