I wanted to return the items I bought. I contacted them via email. They offered 30% refund if I kept the items. I agreed but never saw the refund!

Expensive lesson in bait and switch. Ordered what I thought was the original product and when I went to download the app it was in Chinese…to cumbersome and expensive to return so let my expensive and stupid mistake save you some cash. STAY AWAY from this company

I HAVE HAD TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH PAYPAL. THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING PEOPLE.
Poor customer service: CANNOT REACH ANYONE FOR HELP
Unwanted charges: ADDITIONAL charges for services I did not sign up for, and have been unable to cancel them.
Order discrepancies: ITEMS ADDED TO MY ORDER AND CHARGED TO ME THAT I DID NOT REQUEST.

One email acknowledging my order and no follow-up on shipping. Website could not find my order. Called and agent pretended to be sleeping. Called again and agent pretended to have a bad connection. Horrible company! Beware!

Habe bei Savvy Smart Ecomm Smartcards bestellt und erhalten. Abrechnung über Paypal. Anschließend wurde mein Konto mißbraucht und monatlich für ein Abo 57,24 € abgebucht — ohne Rechtsgrundlage.
Ich habe heute bei der Polizei eine Anzeige wegen Betrugs abgegeben.

They keep charging my card! Scam! Do not know these scammers!

I ordered a smart ring in December and did not hear anything back until February 7, 2025. At that time they said it was a weather delay. I received a small discount to wait on the product. I received the product on April 6, 2025. I sent an email and Grave replied that a new one would be sent. I sent follow up emails on April 10 & 18 and again June 24 & 27.

I still have not received any information from support on this matter. At this point, I would like a full refund.

I would not recommend this company for any purchase as the communication is terrible.

I ordered Cardian RFID cards and approved payment for $102.13. My account was charged $109.77 and two additional charges of $47.24 and $15.54. I tried ringing their help line twice but it didn't even ring, just silence. I emailed cancelling my order and demanding my money back. I live in hope.
Didn't use Trustpilot to check on this site as google didn't include it when I searched for it.
Big surprise, within 24 hours of my email cancelling my order and demanding my money back they emailed that my order has been dispatched.

Oh Man, I bought the starscope because I believed in the money-back quality guarantee. I tried to return the product within the return window. The service number didn't work. I emailed support 4 times and still no answer.
This company really stinks. Now I'm frustrated and have a product that I don't need.

Took an extra £48 out of PayPal & 2 months on haven’t received my scopes or a tracking number or an email !!!! so opened case with PayPal to get all money back. Never deal again

I got my savvy cards ln about 15 days.I have a android phone. I scanned the code on the paper the cards came in. That took me to the how to page.You do not scan you credit cards.Simply sandwich them in your ccs. Also it tells you how to test them. When your at the check out try to scan your cc with the RIFD close to the cc. It won't read the card.

Achtung bei Bestellungen aus Deutschland. Hier kommen noch einmal erhebliche Zollgebühren dazu. Außerdem handelt es sich um billige China Ware.

Scammers! BEWARE! They charge you for nothing. Can't get a refund!

BEWARE!! Got suspicious when the company wanted me to set up an account with my credit card. A red flag! Then I read the other reviews. Same experience. I think it's a scam.

Need a direct phone number

It took quite a while to receive my RFID cards. You have to scan the QR code to see how to set them up. I did that. Then it tells you to scan each of your financial cards that will be "protected" with the cards. NOPE! Why don't the crooks just call me directly and ask for my credit card information?!

I ordered the SafeCard RFID blockers in the mail today and it says you have to scan the QR code on my safecard using my smartphone and I have an Android phone so I don't know how to scan the QR code with my Android phone to activate it to start working so to protect my credit or debit card so I am stuck with these safecard RFID blockers and I can't use them at all. This is a ripe off of my money.

These people are scammers. They don't respond to inquiries and deliver after being told to cancel the order.The instructions tell me to scan the card into my phone. I don't trust them with info in my phone and will not use the worthless three cards they sent me.

I paid Savvy Smart Deals $64 back on Feb 8th for 3 smartcards to block/prevent people from scanning/reading my credit cards. They didn't deliver them saying they have been delayed, so I asked for a refund. They finally after a month refunded the money to my bank account on March 14th, then today the 19th they charged my account again saying that it's a monthly subscription fee. I called the fraud department for my bank and reported it. Then I had to call my bank and have my debit card shut down so they couldn't take it out again. The bank is going to file a claim/dispute against them and try and get my money back... I tried to contact Savvy but the phone number given but all I get is a busy signal. "DAM SCAMMERS"!!!
