I have sold old phones before but I chose SaveGadget to sell to this time.
I sent a phone with damage but a $20 offer was it. So I refused at they offered $50.
This business does not give fair market value and once they have your phone it cost more in postage than it's worth, so you're out of luck.
Horrible company and should be avoided they are going to fleece you.

Try this site to sell your tech items. You absolutely won't regret it.
At first, I was highly skeptical about this site. This site gave the highest amount of $$$ then any other site I've seen and thought it was a Scam.
Until I tried it!
The pricing they paid out was exactly how much they said it was... they answered my questions quickly and explained everything to me. The shipping was seamless and painless.
Sign in, pick your device to sell, they give a prepaid S&H label, print it out on the kiosk, put label on box, Done.
I don't know about how other sites do it but I am sticking to this one for the foreseeable future. In fact I got another item ready to be sold again...

Total rip off…. Verizon offered $100, save gadget offered $158, but the catch is save gadget finds all sorts of ways to devalue your iPhone and then send $40

What happen when you are disagree?
The first time I did business with Save Gadget, it was fine. However, the second time I did business with them, I didn't agree because they offered me a lower price than agreed upon, and they said my device was not in good condition. I knew it was okay because I only used it at home, so I asked for my device to be returned, and they didn't respect my decision. They gave me another new offer, and I didn't accept it. I asked for my device again, and in exchange, they sent me a check with the initial quote; without respecting the repeated times, I asked for it to be returned. What can I think as a customer?
As I read the reply, it said after the second opinion, the company honored the initial quote, and it was not valid because they offered a second price, and I asked again to return my device. Finally, they changed the price the third time and sent me the check without asking me anything.

Bait and Switch
Be ready that they will price your phone much lower than they quote you. It took weeks to evaluate the product that is traded in. There is no process established to allow seller to agree or disagree on the final trade-in price. When I did not agree to the final price, I had to contact support. Support sent the phone back for 2nd opinion and no idea how long that would take. I am still waiting to get my phone back. If you are trading in an iPhone, you are better off with Apple.
