My iPhone 16 continently was missing when it arrived to be evaluated. They claimed insurance wouldn’t cover it, instead of $500 I got $100. Pretty nice profit. I wouldn’t trust this company even if you delivered the device in person!

Sold my 16 pro max they stated it was not flawless I received 700 instead of the 800 estimated I believe the phone is flawless based on the criteria, but after a conversation, I can agree that maybe a deduction is fair but not 137.00 dollars they do provide a video wanted to return phone and give me 20 dollars which is something but does not even pay for my time to have it shipped and who knows the value after it's shipped back , whether it's damaged or not, and they depreciate daily so , I asked them to consider at least 50 dollars more , was not his first choice but eventually agreed , they are a honest company, but hind site if u have opened your phone and taken out of box and activated it or charged it,even if u never used it and left it at home, it's not flawless , so u will be paid good price , just know that going into it don't pay for expedited shipping , or insurance .2 day air took 4 days, and if , there were minor scratches I didn't see them in video but they are honest, so had to happend in shipping so they and that was not considered , as a possibility for coverage, so I was given 750 for @ 867 offer .and expedited shipping and insurance deducted , I would have received 800.00 so I believe they are honest and fair, but I had to call to get , that I would definitely tell u they are one of the most respected companies. Out there, so make sure you know the expecting of flawless is no different than , never opened. , I did provide box and acc , but. Going price for a unlocked in boxed is 1050 . Hopefully this helps

Quick and easy payment

I wrote a review earlier about my experience. I was really mad because someone stole my phone and they received the package empty. I had proof the package weight and the insurance also. Actually they try to help me with the investigation who stole my phone. Very pleased about that part . Hopefully get my money also what I waiting for the past two weeks.
