Selling my Moto Razr was fast and easy. All I did was reset it, pack it up, and stick on the prepaid label. Within a day of it’s delivery I was paid the amount promised into my PayPal account. Communication for each step the phone went through was sent promptly through email so I wasn’t left worried about anything.

I sent my flip6 after being offered $865. I was offered $120 after opening. The phone was not damaged. They sent me a video . I watched them roughly attempting to open the package. Smacked the phone on a hard table then stab the box hard with a knife. Then the person put the phone face down on a hard table. All of a sudden scratches. How do you drop the price $745 for your roughness. $120. HELL NO. IF they wanted a new phone then, THEY SHOULD BUY THEM.. Your offer is for good used phones So you need to follow your business platform. STOP RIPPING OFF PEOPLE AND PAY WHAT YOU QUOTED.

Excellent service, with free shipping and honest, accurate, and fast payment of the exact amount they told me my old cell phone was worth.

I sent in a flawless phone that was cased from the first day of use along with a screen protector. I was quoted a good price but was then offered a lower price for marks and scratches across the top of the phone I know weren't there when I shipped it. I decided to take the lower price because I didn't know if it had been damaged after shipping mking the phone harder to sell. I'll go elsewhere before I use them again.

The ad is misleading I feel they got my phone for nothing when the ad stated locked or unlocked it don't say nothing about Google locked and they make it difficult to have sent back to you so they buy it cheap Google unlock it and make a huge profit off it
