Bait and switch don’t use!
This company did what I call the bait and switch they give you a high or highest bid offer for your phone then when they receive it it’s a different story and one of the excuses they gave me after I’d sent them my phone was that it wasn’t paid off so that ended up knocking off like 200 or more off the original appraisal they had all the info before they received the phone so if that was the issue they should have mentioned that from the beginning I don’t recommend using there service I regret it and there rip off tactics are deceiving by offering the highest dollar for your phone to get it in there hands then your f****d!

Sold my 13pro since I got a 15pro.
I sold my phone that was always in a case with the original box and charging cord. I was then told the damage was excessive, enough to knock it down a tier. I think they did this due to the decrease in trade values because of the 15 and 15pros coming out. Then paypal didn't trust save gadget and were going to hold the funds for 2 weeks. Never going yo trade to them right as a new model comes out.
