Delivery charge and returns process
Paying 11 gbp for delivery is exorbitant in itself but then having to pay to return the item as well is extortion.

I ordered a dress from Sauths from UK and it arrived in approx 10 days with some courier updates.
I ordered a size up as was the only dress left and had it taken in by about an inch and a half, alters well and kept pockets.
Linen is of fine quality and once pressed looks great. Very happy with the service and quality and would feel confident ordering from them again.

The item was not as pictured. The pictured dress sleeves should be elbow length but are almost a cap sleeve. Now I am finding it impossible to return. Very disappointed.

Sauths beautiful quality…
Sauths uses beautiful quality Lithuanian linen. They offer excellent customer service including reliable and speedy courier service which is pricey, however your item arrives very quickly, beautifully packaged and undamaged. Sauths communication is promp if you need to ask a question. Lovely experience dealing with this company and won’t hesitate to order from them again.

Great quality and styles!
I have purchased several items over the years and find their choice of styles and quality of linen to be excellent. The Kim trousers are a great weight and length and the darker colours have not faded. Always delivered on time and nicely presented.

I absolutely love all the shirts I have from Sauths. I have about 10 Cathy shirts in all colours and sizes and I live in them in the summer. I have them ranging from extra small to extra large and they all seem to be a great fit depending on what I’m wearing them for. Really good cuts. The fabrics are just right weight. Not too thick, not too thin. I always feel relaxed and chic wearing them. It’s so great to find a brand I feel I can trust what I’m ordering. They obviously put a lot of thought into their collections. I just received the Cathy in extra small in mint green. Now I have my eye on the navy in extra small. Can’t wait to receive it. Thank you Sauths for keeping me dressed all summer long! 🙏

High quality dress with fast shipping
I ordered the May linen dress and was really happy with the product. The color was true to product photos (really loved that there was a product video as well) and the fabric and sewing feels high quality. Shipment to Finland was quick. I went for 1 size bigger than I usually wear, because the web site provided a size chart, and luckily I made the right choice.
Some of the reviewers here on Trustpilot have had issues with returns, since the return shipping isn't covered by the company. I get the frustration, but the reality is that shipping parcels internationally (even overseas!) doesn't come cheap. For small companies covering costs like these for the customers' benefit every time (excluding obvious product defects, of course) would eventually make it really difficult to turn profit.
To avoid further frustration, maybe the online store could add a permanent "reminder pop-up" for shoppers just before the purchase, that the return shipment will not be covered by the company unless there's a product defect, so please review the size charts carefully. Or something like that, I dunno :D
Personally I have no complaints. I love my new dress and all things linen, will consider ordering again.

La prenda era de lino pero muy grueso …
La prenda era de lino pero muy grueso y para ponerse cualquier monge del medievo y poco delicado. Lo devolví por ese motivo y porque era pequeño para mi aun habiendo consultado las tallas que proponían. Nada que justificara los 164 euros que tuve que pagar.
Los gastos de envió por devolución con rastreo según me exigían fueron de 18 euros. El asunto ha sido decepcionante y caro. Sin mencionar los 12 euros de gastos de envió me ha salido el asunto por 30 euros en total pagados de mas sobre los 164 del precio base, total 194 euros. No merece la pena..
Admito que ya me han devuelto la compra. ¡Menos mal! pero jamas repetiré.

Customer service needs a re vamp
Only order from this company if your are sure the item is suitable as returns are slow and costly. When they make it available to return to UK I'm sure the company will thrive. Took multiple emails to sort out return which means I now wont order again. But it was eventually,about a month later refunded after customs issues.

I bought a linen dress; the fabric seems to be of excellent quality and, although it’s light-colored, it’s not see-through.
It fits really well, and I absolutely love it.
Shipping to Italy via postal service takes about 8–10 days.
I highly recommend it.
