I wish giving zero stars was an option. I placed my order on March 1st and, two weeks later, still had no tracking information. I tried reaching out using both the phone number and email listed through PayPal—no response at all, and their voicemail box is full.

At this point, they have my money and I have nothing to show for it. I’ve now requested a chargeback through my bank and will also be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

Extremely disappointing experience, this is a complete scam.

TERRIBLE. Ordered two items, first was not good quality and second item they said was out of stock. I asked of refund and the offered replacement item which was a nightmare to order and again quality is shocking. So dodge.

I have been trying to either get the product or get my money back and they just disappeared. Don't buy anything from them as they are just taking your money and shipping nothing,

Took 6 weeks to recieve my order so be aware you will not revieve this timely. The product was not bad quality but did not fit well. Bust and waist were weird as well as waist hip ratio. I wanted to return. They offered me to keep the dress with a 20% refund or return it at my cost with a 100% refund. I wanted a full refund. Went to return it and the price to return it to China with all fees covered was $600. Please beware all. I got …..GOT. Terrible. BEWARE.

Most amazing company experience ever I had my doubts at first and I take back everything I said because they have come back and are going to send the correct size without anything being sent back to them! I cannot say enough about their customer service. I will continue to shop here without hesitation

Do not buy from this shop! They will tell you the clothes are out of stock and will not give you a refund!

FRAUD! SCAM! ITEMS WORTH LESS THAN €3 SOLD FOR €50. THEY DON´T DO REFUNDS. THEY DON´T REPLY TO E-MAILS. THEY OPERATE SEVERAL ´FASHION´ WEBSITES UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES.

Scam. No product. The emails are undelivered. Do not purchase from them. Scam scam scam

What a scam! Never received the product and when I tried to email about it, it came back as “undeliverable “. They never give you a shipping time, the phone number they gave me was a fake and went straight to voicemail. Don’t buy from these people- they are a scam! I went through two months of dealing with it.

Do not order from this company/ website/ instagram etc. it’s Fraud.

Have not received my dress and unable to contact them it’s been weeks it’s a scam

Scam! No communication, missing item and I paid 134.00 . No tracking info, no movement of order. Ordered for my daughter's maternity shoot dress. SHE IS DEVESTATED!!! What a letdown! Will not be doing business with them again. Will be making a report with BBB and calling my CC co to file complaint. Bummer cause I spent $$$ ( ordered Early Feb.

Purchased an item on 27 January and almost forgot about it completely until I came across the order confirmation on 10 March. That alone tells you how long this has dragged on.
I emailed them asking for an update and initially received no response at all. It wasn’t until I sent a much stronger follow-up email demanding an update that they finally replied.
Their response? Apparently there is now a “stock issue” and the item is no longer available.

So let me get this straight — they took my money in January, never communicated there was a problem, ignored my first email, and only responded once I pushed for answers. Then instead of offering a refund immediately, they had the nerve to offer me an exchange from their store.
This is shockingly poor customer service and a disgraceful way to run a business. The complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
Avoid this company. Do not buy from them.

Do not order from GLOERIA I ordered over a month ago and I have not received the item. I emailed them many times and it all bounced back. Radio silence from them no update about delivery nothing at all

DO NOT ORDER FROM GLOERIA! I placed an order eight weeks ago. I have sent 6 emails for a status update, and the latest 2 both bounced. I fear I have just lost $500.
