SCAM....buyers beware!!!

I placed an order a month ago for over $100 and they still have not shipped. Was trying to be patient. I have emailed the customer support (service@linentoday) but STILL waiting on a response. Please, to anyone looking into this company before they buy...don't believe the pretty pictures. Basically TEMU...apparently too good to be true. JUST A SCAM.

Never received the lovely blouse I thought I ordered

I purchased a $40.00 blouse a month ago (March 7, 2026). The image was beautiful, and I ordered it despite bad company reviews. It was supposed to be delivered within a max 20-day timeframe: processing time 1-5 days, shipping time 10-15 days. I haven't received it after one month. My first inquiry generated a standard response, "Our team is currently processing your order and ensuring that everything is in order before dispatching it. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information." My second inquiry went unanswered.

I purchased 3 items beginning of February 2026. The of today I haven't recieved the clothes. It's been over a month . I don't want to think this a SCAMMER.
I SENT EMAIL WITH SAME RESPONSE. I DON'T RECOMMEND TO BUT IN LINENTODAY.

I have purchased over $1,000 worth of merchandise and the products are good. HOWEVER, the new advertising says (buy 5 get the 6th for free) does NOT work. When checking out, the full price shows up with no "free 6th piece" which is false advertising!
If you need/want something, make sure you place your order months in advance because it takes a VERY long time to receive your order!!!!

Knock off Company. Quality poor!

Took a long time to come. The jumpsuit Klim print is a bigger print than what is pictured and the colours are not as vibrant. It is supposed to be linen cotton blend but I doubt it. No tags or washing instructions. Disappointed won’t be ordering from this company again! Another knock off, poor quality clothing company that is made in China!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order on February 9, and despite full payment, the status remains “Awaiting Shipment” with no real progress. What is even more frustrating is that I have contacted customer service multiple times and keep receiving the exact same generic response, without any actual update, explanation, or accountability. It feels like automated replies rather than genuine support. Delays can happen, but lack of transparency and poor communication are unacceptable. Customers deserve clear, honest updates—especially when their money has already been taken. At this point, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I ordered pink striped dress. What I got was an orange striped dress 2 sizes too big and polyester not linen. With no details about returning it or washing it. This is a disgusting scam. If anyone can give me details about returning this item for a refund please let me know!

I placed an order on February 15th (today is March 14th) and I haven't even received the tracking yet. Order# LIN00288853.
Now reading the reviews I'm worried I was scammed 😳... I've emailed the company 3 times and they always send the same responds "be patient" obviously they are not professional.. I'm still very positive that I'll receive my nice pants 👖 ( I was allured by the beautiful picture) I'm hoping to update my comment soon!!! 🙏🏼. Thanks to everyone out there who posted a review.. I wish I've read them before purchasing from Linentoday
