Excellent service
Very nice person. Had to do a lot of "extra" work to position the receiver correctly, and put the cable in the correct place, but did so cheerfully. Great.

Getting Starlink was the best decision…
Getting Starlink was the best decision I ever made, my previous provider gave me the pathetic speed of 10mb, I now have 200mb.
I would thoroughly recommend Starlink to anyone who has bad WiFi because of the area they live in, and it is cheaper than my last provider ☺️

What a great experience
What a great experience. Christopher, our engineer, was incredibly knowledgeable, very respectful of our property, and took time to explain everything.
From start to finish, sat-works' communication has been fantastic. The online booking system was easy to use, even when I needed to change the date. A really good experience, all round.

Very quick and professional
Very quick and professional. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He really knew his stuff and managed to install in less than an hour. Showed me how to use it all in a few minutes. Heavily recommend.

Great installation experience.
Very good communications with me from the date I booked installation through the day the Dish was being installed.
The engineer was excellent. He consulted with me and minimised any drilling to run cables. He neatly hid cables away outside and in. Very impressed with him and lovely to speak to.
Highly recommended company.

Couldn’t be happier
The engineer arrived on time and was polite and respectful. He made suggestions for siting of the dish that would ensure minimum cosmetic effect with wiring and hub site.
The fitting was fast and efficient and other than a well fitted weather cover you could not see any wiring. After fitting he ran us through set up on devices and showed us all app options.
Getting 100mbs 100% of the time.
Couldn’t be happier.

Starlink Installation
Sat-works were very efficient and quick to make appointment for the installation which they had to keep deferring as Starlink were having delivery problems! The weather was diabolical when they eventually were able to get on with it but the engineer didn't bat an eyelid but just on with doing a really professional job. Everything was left neat and tidy and he spent time to ensure the install and the Mesh system was fully operational with us understanding how it all worked. I would highly recommend Sat-works.
