Fast instillation. Friendly and helpful staff Clean workers. Given a 2.5hr time slot the night before. A very simple and quick installation experience all round.

The installation was excellent. Dean was professional, efficient and thoughtful throughout. Even though it was a tricky spot, he found the optimal place for the dish to ensure the best performance. He also took the time to neatly run and secure the cable exactly where I wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble. He worked quickly without cutting corners and the final result looks super clean and works perfectly.

Our technicians (Matt and mark) were great! They phoned the day before with an approximate time and also text on the day with their ETA. They were really helpful, friendly and tidy! Over the moon with our new WiFi, the whole experience has been great!

Really impressed with the service. Neat and efficient installation. Installer was very friendly explained exactly what he was doing and happy to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish this company was communicative, helpful, efficient and the install itself was flawless. Even changing install date due to non-delivery of hardware (not their fault, that is Starlink themselves) they dealt with efficiently. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. The engineers attention to detail was remarkable.

Engineer arrived early, explained how the Starlink installation would be fitted, respected my property, and tidied up at the end. All done within an hour.
However, hours later several devices had issues with poor/weak signal. Starlink chatbot said i needed another node to be located on a different floor. I contacted the installer asking for his advice. He never responded so i purchased another node from Starlink direct and set it up myself. Disappointed that the installer didn't respond when asking for further advice or check all TV/PC devices were connected before leaving my home.

Completely satisfied with the service from start to finish.
The customer service team couldn't have been more helpful in arranging the installation quickly and the engineer was very conscientious in making the cabling neat and tidy to moving furniture and leaving everything clean and tidy.
