Highly professional fitters providing a superb finish on their work. 2nd time I've used Sash Windows and can't recommend the service and quality of the product more.

Sash Windows did a wonderful job of replacing our timber French door. Service was professional and communications were excellent throughout. High quality product and careful and thorough installation. Highly recommend.

The whole process from the first meeting to discuss the work to the 2 guys leaving once it was completed was flawless from start to end.... The 2 guys who fitted couldn't have been more helpful and professional and just nice to have around my home for 3 days! The quality of the work is first class!

The team were polite, professional and kept the space tidy, they worked hard and adapted to make sure the windows were installed well.

Unexpectedly pleasant service by Danny to correct fault on two windows. Corrected the problem in a concentrated and caring way. Very kind and respectful manner. If only we had more people in the service industry working like this. No doubt Danny is a credit to Sash Windows Ltd.

First class service from start to finish. The product is high quality and has cut down drafts and aircraft noises. The fitters were great guys. Turned up when they had meant to, explained everything going on and left the flat tidy despite it being a big job with lots of dust. I am sure contra he said you had to pay the balance on completion but I appreciated no invoice for 5 days so I could try everything and make sure I was happy which I was. Definitely recommend

Sash team did a great job on our patio/balcony doors a few weeks back. Four guys came round to replace both sets on the same day, all very polite, friendly, and tidy. Minor glitch on one of the doors was fixed whilst they were still here.
Booking, surveying and admin team also polite and efficient.
Great value, particularly as one set of doors was a late addition to the booking.

Outstanding service from start to finish. This is a company that cares about its customers, the quality of the products that they manufacture and the quality of the installation and finish. Extremely courteous throughout and always kept the place spotless. This is why I have come back to swl three times in a row for my windows and doors.

James was a great communicator from start to finish. Windows look amazing and fitters were professional and thorough. Considering there were a few really large windows to do and access wasn't easy, they completed everything within the week which I thought was pretty amazing. Scaffolding was up and down within three days. We're all very happy with the whole experience.

First of all the windows are a good quality build, lots of good features - I am very happy with them. The friendly installers were on time, they were fast but without compromise on the details and they left my home spotlessly clean. Overall this company delivered exactly the windows I wanted on the date agreed on the first visit, all the people I spoke to were friendly and helpful and the communications were clear throughout. I would certainly recommend.

I am delighted with the new sash windows that Sash Windows London have just installed for me. I was undecided of which out of two firms I would instruct and James Couch was very patient with me and never pressurised me into choosing. I was warned installation might take five days but in fact it was finished in two and a half. Furthermore, they agreed to reinstall the shutters which had been fitted to the old Victorian windows. They explained that they might not fit as perfectly as before and that is the case but they have done a terrific job in refixing them. Filip and Andrew were very courteous and extremely helpful. They explained how the windows worked not just to me but to the tenants too. I would certainly recommend Sash Windows London to others.

Professional approach, great customer service, pleasant installers, quality looking windows, quality supporting documentation explaining the entire process. Overall we’ve been very happy and pleased to have a quieter and warmer house!

We had a combination of new casement and sash windows fitted and the whole experience with Sash Windows London was excellent. From dealing with the knowledgeable colleagues who came to quote and measure up and who showed us examples of work they had done in the area, to the team of fitters who installed the windows to a high standard, on time as well as keeping our house tidy. Very pleased with the new windows and would definitely recommend Sash Windows London.

I have used Sash Windows twice now and brilliant service both times. James was fantastic as was everyone at the company. I visited the showroom in Clapham junction which was really helpful with making decisions. The windows look great and they were amazingly quick to install and really surprising how unintrusive the whole experience was. Very happy with the end results and would highly recommend them as a company to use.

I had been recommended the ‘Sash Window London Ltd’ by a close friend, he was very complimentary about the quality of the windows and the service he’d received.
From me visiting their showroom in Clapham Junction, to meeting James the sales consultant at my property, their surveyor and finally the fitting team, Dom, Kyle & Andrejs, the whole service was superb, I was kept informed at every stage of the process, with the fitting team leaving my property clean as if they hadn’t been there.

We did a long and careful due diligence when deciding to by new bay and casement windows. After much research, we opted for Sash Windows. While I still believe the product has good quality, the installation and service are the worst possible: unskilled, lazy and incapable team with poor to no supervision who kept on going with the installation even if the windows were clearly not fitting properly.
The installation was planned to take 4 days and we've had people over more than twice that time over many months with our bedroom unusable for months. While trying to do this joke of a job, we've had careless damages done to our floor and serious concerns about the procedure followed and possible damages to the house's structure.
The second installation team was far better but the damage had already been done.
Overall, a lengthy nightmare which has yet not been fully resolved and I worry about how long the windows will do a proper job.

Fantastic service and communication all the way through! We had all windows in our flat done, which was done in a very efficient one-week job and has greatly improved our quality of life already. Would highly recommend!

SWL has been recommended to us by some friends. We have replaced all the windows in our house and purchased the external door and the bi-folding doors for the extension in our kitchen.
All their products are beautifully made and unique; we receive many compliments for our PVCU heritage sash windows.
The entire process, from the sales to the installation, has been smooth and easy, and we have always been fully supported. The management team excellently handled our timelines, even when our builder got some delays, while the installers were always kind and professional.
SWL is a great company whit excellent people, remarkably considerate of the customer's needs.
We highly recommend it.

Took 6 months to complete the job due to shoddy workmanship, cancelled appointments by the company, lack of skilled staff and am MD who had no clue what was going on. A bunch of cowboys!

Sash Windows London recently replaced most of the windows/ doors in our house and we were really impressed. Carl and Dom who carried out the work were lovely and incredibly efficient, they barely took a break over the entire job! We are especially happy that they managed to carry out the work without the need for replastering, and they managed to refit our shutters. We would definitely recommend.
