Your guys did a really very good job today. It was quite a complicated process to fit the windows into our slightly crooked top floor box frames.
The new windows move very well and already we can notice the soundproofing effect. They worked solidly from 9 or before to around 6 and cleared up very thoroughly afterwards. They noticed that the lock mechanism supplied was too big for the frame and have arranged for smaller ones to be fitted. Measuring visits were efficient, time frames accurate, all questions answered and helpful flexibility about arranging date for the fitting of the windows.

The men who were on site at our house all week were extremely efficient and courteous. They left the house tidy each day and the entire week passed with minimum disruption despite the fact we were having windows replaced from top to bottom. The windows are excellent - exactly as we had asked for in terms of the different internal colours to match the paintwork in different rooms and the sashes all run beautifully smoothly. I would unhesitatingly recommend them

I'm so happy with my beautiful new double glazed timber sash windows! They are definitely now the most beautiful windows on my street. I previously had the original timber sash windows which were also very beautiful. But they were single glazed, drafty and unfortunately rotten in places. I was so nervous that the new ones would look new and out of place, but very thankfully they look exactly the same as the old ones both inside and out (without the rot and flaked off paint). I'm really happy with everything and the installation team were great too.

Wandsworth Sash Windows came to repairs some of our sash windows where the cords had gone and the weights were stuck. They were very efficient and tidy, replacing the cords and beads and providing new brass fittings. Great to see the old timber sashes repaired and upgraded with brushes and seals to deal with draughts.

I can not recommend Charlie and the team at Wandsworth Sash Windows more highly! They did an incredible job, were so thoughtful and considerate and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done really well. They were also brilliant with all the chaos of coming into a home full of children and dogs so. If I have any more window issues they will be the only people I call highly highly recommend!!!

Fast and great service from Wandsworth Sash Windows. I am glad I decided to hire WSW and I am delighted with my repair. Jo removed the staff beadings and proceeded to change the cords. He attached the weights to it and put everything back in place. Finally he did the finishing touch with caulk. I will definitely reach out to them again in the future if I need more window repairs:) jo also kindly took the time to examine the other windows and balcony doors. He gave me some good recommendations on where and what I could do to repair some other fixtures with a hinge system, which I had trouble with this for a while now.
All and all a brilliant experience at an affordable price.

We replaced six of the sash windows in our home. From the initial measurements to the final fitting the service was professional and to a high standard, we did however have a long lead time between ordering and the arrival of the windows.
The fitters went over and above to make sure everything ran smoothly and the windows were fitted to a high standard. We are so happy with the finished product and will be reaching out again for the remaining ones! We love our newly fitted double glazed windows, they have elicited lots of comments from neighbours and the difference in heat loss versus before is noticeable.

We had our sash windows replaced a while ago by Wandsworth Sash Windows and they did a good job for us. The quality of the double glazed windows has proven to be great and have helped us keep the house warm over the winter as energy prices rose.

All communications were great. A few issues cropped up during the fitting which were dealt with swiftly and I'm very happy with the result. Would recommend and use again.

Guys fitting my windows took a lot of care to get a nice finish

WSW offered a clear and professional service. Providing images for choices at the start of the process, an effective timeline for installation and a quality product that was efficiently installed.

I would use WSW again.

From initial enquiry through to fitting, the guys at WSW were very good and we'd definitely recommend. Long lead times are just par for the course for any building-related projects at the moment, especially bespoke joinery - we had two surveys to get accurate measurements in November and then the window was fitted in a single day in early April, but we're very happy with the end result. There's good attention to detail, and the communications are helpful, concise and polite.

I had 5 windows replaced by WSW. 4 windows were sash windows (3 in a bay) and 1 large casement window. The fitters were very considerate and polite – they were actually enjoyable to have around unlike other experiences I have had in the past. The service throughout has been great and it seems like everyone in the team works hard. I am very appreciative and thankful.

We had a great experience with the team at WSW/Parsons Joinery. Their surveyor took time to discuss options with us without any sales pressure. Communication was easy during the manufacturing process and the installation team did an excellent and careful job of installing our two new timber casement windows around our freshly pointed brickwork. Appreciated the clean and tidy installation and a fantastic end product - we’ve had a lot of compliments from neighbours. Would recommend WSW for anyone looking at timber windows.

They have replaced an outward opening door with an inward opening door that included unauthorised removal of my skirting, and has resulted in reduced access to my flat. They are blaming me for this, as they wrote the words "open in" in tiny letters on one of the drawings and that was supposed to alert me to the fact they were going to install something completely different to what I had asked for. No mention anywhere of the proposed removal of skirting which has left the entrance looking uneven and ugly. Avoid at all costs.

They have now responded accusing me of shouting at them, which is nonsense as I wanted them to fix the problem. I have an email sent from them after yesterday's phone call in which they refused to remedy their error because it was in the contract, no mention of me shouting at them or being aggressive, as this is not something that happened. Instead when I told them that their behaviour was shameful their response was to tell me to get legal advice. I have photos of the damage they caused (not addressed in their response) and the tiny mention of the door opening inward but unfortunately cannot upload here (but I have put all of this on my Google review).
