Thanks to the Netherlands team, especially my immigration consult Naomi who shows excellent communication skill and results-oriented work attitude to support my relocation journey to Rotterdam from China.

This moving company is very flexible and the coordinator was very responsive and responsible.

We have regular communications via email and also with direct phone calls when necessary.

The moving agents are also very efficient, we actually planned 2 days for packing and loading, they finished within one single day.

Overall a very good experience, and reduced greatly the anxiety for moving, fully recommended!

A bunch of thiefs!
Dont ever use those people!!! From the begining (miss calculating the volume needed and forcing us to have to use a second container at the last minute when at the port) to the end (a lot of items broken and their compulsory insurance bearly covering anything as they always consider "appearance damage" and covering only 20% of the value even for a destroyed sofa!) not mentioning their totally dubious way to recalculate the value of your items when insurance has to kick in.
Out of the 2 containers (on 2 different ships with the last one missing our port 3 times in a row and being delayed by 2 months), both were "magically" stopped by customs and we had to cover in excess of USD,4000 of fees...total racketing.

Déménagement d'une famille à l'international mais le container prévu est trop petit. Le commercial était cependant venu 2X estimer le volume.
A l'arrivée, au fur et à mesure du déballage, des objets sont manquants. Appels téléphoniques et mails restent sans réponse. La déclaration d'assurance car oui j'ai souscrit une assurance reste sans réponse. J'ai porté plainte pour vol mais malgré cela aucun contact de la part de la société...LAMENTABLE!!!!!

at the beginning, search for the apartment is not so smoothly, I'm not able to get the feedback from agent on time. but finally, once we identify the schedule become critical, Teresa and Aris give the flexiable and urgent help, finally I find the apartment. for this I would say the experience is great.Now, I'm understood the estate market in Germany, find apartment is really not easy. But i have the support from Santa Fe , i can settle down finally

The whole team was very responsive, always on time, and packing and loading was a pleasure to watch.

Excellent experience. Well prepared move to the last detail. Fast, efficient, no damage done. Perfect assembly at the new place. Not cheap but worth the money.

Terrible expensive service. Regret going with the big brand name. They shipped my Yamaha piano and destroyed it during transit and refused to replace or repair it. My advice is to go for a cheaper and more reliable service provider!

I worked with Anda and Bogdan to get my work permit for Romania. They were very dedicated, capable and keep very good professional relationship with us.
