Tres mauvaise expérience avec Santa Fe Relocation.
Mes effets personnels sont bloqués depuis 1 mois à mon lieu de depart et Santa Fe est incapable de me donner une date de depart à ce jour alors qu'au moment de la signature de devis, ils s'étaient engagés à un depart de mes effets personnels quelques jours apres que mes cartons soient retirés. L'enlèvement de mes effets personnels a egalement ete chaotique. Ca a pris 2jours pour une trentaine de cartons, et mes meubles n'ont pas ete protégés par du materiel adaptés mais simplement emballés dans du carton.
La liste de colisage qui m'a ete transmise par Santa Fe est egalement fausse et ils ne sont pas en mesure de me fournir une liste qui soit détaillée et correcte et je dois m'en accomoder.
La responsable Mme Courcoux a ete prévenue par ses equipes depuis plusieurs semaines mais a ce jour, elle ne m'a jamais contacté ou prêté assistance.

J'ai connu plusieurs déménagements avec des sociétés differentes et je n'ai jamais eu une telle experience..bref à fuir...
