I recently used Santa Fe Relocation for my move from India to Germany, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience! The team was incredibly professional, efficient, and caring throughout the process. A special shoutout to Rohini Sridhar, who was absolutely amazing in helping me every step of the way. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions, provide detailed guidance, and ensure everything was handled smoothly. I truly felt supported during this huge transition, and I am so grateful for all her assistance. Very Bad experience, Collection went as planned But after Communication zero always chasing to get information on shipments, Items Damaged but full amount of claim not paid, Promised payment in 30 days ( after I reluctantly accepted there offer for claim) paid after 60 days and many emails to them, Shipment was from Portugal to the Philippines, many boxes arrived damaged and wet, No communication on delivery, arrived when we were not at home ( approximately 7 months) Communication zero, to explain all would take to long But I have kept all emails back and forth,
I must add there is one exception to the communication KRISZTINA HOFFBAUER without her help we could well still be waiting for delivery,

I was dealt with Mr. Dominik Fink and it was a very good experience. The company assisted me completely from booking my tickets, Arrival, Rental car, Hotel registration, Apartment search and City Registration.
I had to make some cancellations and rescheduling the appointments but everything happened seamless. I would gladly avail their services again!

Pros: friendly employees, quick support and got my items without and damage.

Cons: similar documents for the stakeholder in Turkey. There is no insurance during the shipment in Turkey.

I have been dealing with Santa Fe Relocation in France. Unfortunately it is my worst experience with a moving company. I received only half of my boxes (without mentionning that they comitted on a date when signing the agreement with them and went back on their word afterwards mentionning that it is not possible to have a strict deadline)...the moving and paperwork hasn't been done properly (no packing list, no proper wraps for the furnitures..) and it resulted in some of my items missing and being damaged. To date, the issue is not resolved (December 2024) while they came to take my boxes in July 2024....

Moving and assembly crew is very quick. Completed the moving and assembly almost in half day.

From my experience with Santa Fe Relocations - Germany and the service they provided moving my belongings since arrival at the port in Germany until deliver at my domicile, I ´wouldn´t recommend this company.
Bad, delayed and/or wrongfully communication, poor internal coordination, unawareness of some procedures all which led to hassel and increased costs.
It was an unpleasant, "so lala" acquaintance with this company.

The first contact in Vietnam with the manager was full of clear information, price was good, the information provided updated on a regular basis, the pickup, packing done professionally and the delivery done by a great team that helped to unpack and taking out the empty boxes.
Pro service as expected.
