It’s a shame that the sizing isn’t consistent across the different styles at Salty Shreds. The more relaxed-fit overalls are far superior to the straight-fit style. I can understand why the straight-fit overalls are on sale, as I suspect there may have been a significant number of returns due to the fit.

Salty Shreds needs to be more transparent about its sizing and ensure its manufacturer is more diligent with sizing consistency and pattern making. Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing from this supplier again, which is disappointing because I really like the baggy-style overalls they produce.

Buyer beware: If you’re considering their slimmer-fitting garments, you may be disappointed. I’d also recommend avoiding sale items that don’t offer refunds, as you risk being stuck with something that doesn’t fit as expected.

Good luck getting anyone on a phone call if you need to talk about an order. I ordered from this company, the order never came. They refused to call me to discuss a way forward. Enjoy Huntah, hes a real treat.

Very disappointing !!! We accidentally ordered two of the exact same item so they issued us a store credit which had to be used within 30 days. (30 days is ridiculous)

Within those 30 days, they have a sale but they disable voucher codes during sales, meaning we couldn’t use our own hard-earned money that was already sitting as store credit. When I contacted them, they said they could put the price back up for us so we could use the voucher.

It’s honestly ridiculous. It feels like their business has obviously grown too much and they simply don’t care about their customers anymore!!!!

We won’t be shopping with them again.

I am Adina Wilson. I am a guest who visits Omni properties often. After checking out on Sunday the 16th, we decided to have breakfast and peruse The Shops at the Omni. While waiting for Chico’s to open, I entered the Salty Threads.

There were two women who greeted me kindly when I entered. One was younger, one was older. I looked around, there were a few pieces that caught my eye, they were all 100% polyester. Polyester irritates my skin. Deciding there was nothing I wanted in the store, we ready to leave.

During this time the older woman comes over and asked how things were. I told her there are some cute pieces in the store, but nothing that I loved. She said yeah it is a very expensive store. I smiled and agreed that sure it was. Keep in mind I did not see anything over $500 in this store, but okay. She said yeah you just really have to love it for some people to spend the money. I just kind of smiled because, what am I supposed to respond to that with? She iterates that it is a really expensive store for some people. I said what do you mean? She said well I think you know what I mean. I said nothing else and began to leave.

As we are leaving, she points to the shopping bag we had from The Bottle liquor store, and said yeah there are some really affordable options over there. I had just purchased a locally bottled liquor as collecting local spirits from different trips is something I enjoy. I stepped out and called the Omni and asked to be transferred to someone to file a complaint about the store. I was put on a transfer line, no one picked up. I arrived in person to the select member desk to file a formal complaint against this woman. I admit that because I did not catch her name, I referred to her at the pretentious old b**ch who was currently working at the Salty Threads, and I stand by that.

While speaking with Mrs. Charity, she placed me on the phone with this woman. Her apology was winded but essentially she told me, I’m sorry you took it that way. I told her that while I appreciate the apology, I do not appreciate the tone of “I took it that way” because what she said was clear. Then, I told her that attitude is pretentious and outdated and she needed to be considerate of the people she is serving.

Mrs. Charity was very empathetic and kind. She was helpful and made me feel heard. The woman working in the Salty Threads has no business dealing with the public. She forgets her place is to help the people who enter the store, not to pass her own unwarranted judgment on their monetary value. I promise if she was so casually rude to me, she has done this many times to different people. You’re hearing this because I am not afraid to be vocal about what is unacceptable.

I’ll tell you as someone who loves shopping and considers that apart of the experience, I will never touch a piece of clothing from an Omni property again. This was a sour end to a trip spent enjoying the amenities and visiting family who has residence on the property. Shout out to Samara the waitress for being fantastic at what she does. The woman in Salty Threads could learn something.

Their product looks really nice, but I had a very bad experience receiving a faulty item (looking worn) and neglect from the customer service provided afterwards, with many back-and-forth messages asking for the status of my exchange/return request. Their customer service has been disappointing, and I am still waiting for any feedback more than two weeks after making contact: a delay in issuing the AUS Post label, a delay to confirm the delivered, and still waiting for any updates.

What a lovely business to deal with. Friendly emails and advice, and the clothing is DIVINE <3

The product was exactly as pictured and described, right down to the soft feel and exact shade of pink. Points on that alone! The fit is comfy and flattering. Straps were overly long , but better than too short, right. Excellent quality. It was a pre-order and shipping delays added, but still worth the wait. I'm really happy and would definitely order again.

Some really cute clothes! Have purchased before and was happy. Unfortunately on the second occasion, was not happy! Their 14 day refund policy will catch you! Not a fair turn around time at all! Especially if you are purchasing a present and you aren’t sure of size or fit! On top of this- when we purchased it, it was 2 weeks LATE and so by the time we received we could exchange for a different size!

The groms clothes are absolutely gorgeous, the best quality and amazing to deal with. I have brought here many times and just about to purchase again!

I absolutely love their clothes. I have jeans, tshirts, linen shorts, surf shorts, jumpers. I live locally so can pick up. Great quality. I buy in the regular sales. True to size, too.

Took a while to arrive to Bris, which I expected as it was sale items. I love everything I got honestly. I probably should have gone down a size in the tees as they are pretty oversized, but they are comfy and look and feel well made. The prints are cute as, Great quality. I absolutely LOVE the blue cord shorts. I haven't worn the other shorts yet but I think they will be perfect. I'll definitely order again.

The dress was perfect as expected however I paid more in postage to receive the item than anticipated which meant realistically I paid nearly full price

Purchased item from this company and have to say I was disappointed with the whole experience. The original item I purchased did not fit so I returned it hoping for a refund, I got a credit instead and chose a few items that I was looking forward to receiving. One of the items was supposedly a size xxl but only fit my daughter who is a s-m. The sizing is clearly not ‘size inclusive’ or sized correctly. Be aware when purchasing to thoroughly check measurements and make sure you order the correct sizes. That’s on me obviously. Also the quality of the singlet and tshirt is not great. Not soft like a tshirt. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

I unfortunately never received my purchase. Communication is near on non existent, I keep getting review requests though, at this stage I would like a refund.
