Buyer beware!!!! This company sells poorly made clothing, and then will not refund money when items are returned. They just keep your money and only offer store credit for more poor quality clothing.
Add on- your response is ludicrous. How can you just keep people’s money in good conscience? Absolutely disgraceful. You sell poor quality clothing- why would I want a store credit? That is my money you are holding. You are thieves !

The concern you raised related to the jacket. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, our quality assurance team found that the buttons were securely attached and that the amount of movement in the stitching is an intentional part of the garment’s construction to make the buttons easier to fasten. We did not identify a manufacturing fault with the item.
As our inspection did not confirm a product fault, your return was processed in accordance with our published returns policy, which provides store credit for eligible returns. If a genuine manufacturing defect is identified, we assess those cases separately in line with applicable consumer law.
We appreciate your feedback and remain happy to answer any further questions regarding our assessment.

Do not buy from this company. They don't refund you. They don't state it clearly on their website and are very hard to deal with. Luckily I paid through klarna and they were able to offer me the refund

Very disappointing experience – avoid
I really wish I had read more reviews before ordering. I purchased three dresses and they were not cheap, but when they arrived I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The material feels very cheap and the dresses look nowhere near the quality I expected for the price.
One of the dresses was advertised as a lovely light lemon colour but what arrived is much darker and more of a mustard colour, so it doesn't look like the colour shown online.
I have now emailed the company four times asking to return all three dresses and have received no response at all. I have since discovered that their returns policy is store credit only. I don't want a credit note to spend more money with a company when I'm unhappy with the quality of the products I have already received — I simply want to return them and get my money back.
The website being a .co.uk address with prices displayed in £ also gave me the impression I was purchasing from a UK retailer, only to discover afterwards that the company is based in Australia.
Poor quality, disappointing products and, most frustratingly, no response to repeated emails. I would definitely not order again.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. The prices are outrageous for what you buy. The pictures are not the actual dresses. The sizing is way off. And the company uses itchy stitching on all of their tags including the mesh products which tear the mesh after one use. You cannot return items, you will only receive store credit for the same, awful products. Save yourself the money and do not purchase from these scam artists.

The label attachment method and stitching are part of our standard manufacturing process, and we did not find evidence that the garments were damaged as a result.
Our sizing guides and product descriptions are provided to help customers choose the most suitable size, although fit and personal preferences can vary between individuals and styles.
Our store credit only returns policy is clearly outlined on our website prior to purchase so customers can make an informed decision before ordering.

I will never order from this store ever again. Ordered a dress, it came and was not true to size. The fabric was also cheap and flimsy. I arranged a refund and come to find out they do not offer refunds only in store credit as a refund. How hair is that, whst kind store policy puts consumers in such a position.
I've told everyone i know never to order from them, pictures on their website are deceiving.
