Excellent product & service! Love to see an Aus company making good quality clothing.

Usually not one to go out of my way to write reviews but I got so many compliments on this one! Also quality is amazing and the packaging it comes in you can tell they really have thought about all elements e.g design, quality and the packaging. Great experience for my first time buying from Paire.

Paire has the best quality stuff, I can tell you from having tried several different activewear brands and be dissapointed with most of them. The fabrics are soft yet supportive, LOVE their medium sports bra and shorts. Get them, you won’t be dissapointed.

I ordered some underwear over a week ago. I paid extra money for it to be sent quickly as I am heading overseas. When I didn’t receive the underwear in the time allocated, I emailed Paire and did not receive a reply. I emailed them again and did not receive a reply. It wasn’t until I put a comment on one of their advertisements on Facebook but someone actually got in touch with me. While they were very apologetic and said the parcel was on its way. It’s a week later I have paid for express delivery and there was no offer to refund me the Extra I had paid. I am still waiting and will change the review if it ever gets here

Bought the 5 pack of travel underwear from the pop up at Chadstone shopping center. Did the hairdryer test and the too next to no time to dry.
Definitely having the pop up shop made it easier to buy as I was able to see the product.

Order arrived quickly and as described. Very happy with my purchase. Socks are so comfy, fit like a glove

Absolutely highly recommend this company, every clothing piece I have purchased has been long lasting, comfortable, washes well and great function, especially the women’s sports bras.

I bought between 10-12 pairs of Paire socks last year, excited to support a new venture. I'm no longer a customer. They had massive consistency issues, with left and right socks often different sizes - the foot opening on different colours having varying sizes - and other quality issues. When I wrote to them, I asked if they'd kindly extend me a discount for future purchases (not even insisting on a refund or freebies), they wanted photographic proof. I'm a busy executive and don't have time to do a slide deck with arrows and labels just to prove I have an issue with over 10 pairs of socks. As if their QC department doesn't know. Stay clear of these expensive socks that don't come with accompanying service or quality.

I absolutely love Paire socks. The ankle socks and the 1/4 socks are next level — they’re all I wear now. Exceptional quality, super comfortable, and they hold up really well. Once you try them, it’s hard to go back to anything else. Highly recommend.

Love everything I’ve tried so far (bras and underwear) and the customer service is excellent. They are true to their word on returns to address sizing. Definitely recommend!

Super comfortable undies. They don't smell and dry fast once washed. I have both black and brown. The brown in particular have started to fray along the leg seam. I got the black a few months earlier and they held up better but I have started to see the same thing. I expected them to last longer given the price point. I only wear each pair once a week and wash in a laundry bag, so it's not like I'm rough with them. I also got the lipstick underwear. These do not fit as well and ride up a bit but are okay. They have lasted well but I have not worn them a lot.

Products are lovely but always out of stock for months on end. I gave up trying to get a tank after waiting months. Such a shame as they are such nice clothes.

This company and their products are worth every cent. High quality and each piece lasts, staff very helpful in store and highly recommend the underwear

Absolutely lovey these undies.
So comfortable, they don’t dig in anywhere.
They are so good I’ve bought 6 pairs and and 7 are in their way.

I bought 5 pairs of Paire socks. 2 calf socks 2 quarter socks and 1 active quarter socks, and took them with me on a 2 week trip to Japan. Unfortunately, towards the end of the trip, all of them had already developed small holes on the big toe area.

I had high expectations for their said "durability", especially given the premium price, but they didn’t hold up as well as I’d hoped.

Other users on Reddit mentioned similar experiences, saying the socks only last a season or so, and I can now see why.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience. For the price, I expected them to last at least six months to a year, not just a couple of weeks.

I like the quality of the products I have bought - socks, bra and underwear (not Lipstick variety), however as a member of the Rewards Club I am disappointed that my points expire after six months, without any reminder from the company. I expect 12 months which allows me to replenish supply in a more realistic timeframe.

They are super comfortable and I have over 6 pairs. Unfortunately they don’t last the distance - with the elastic coming away from 4 of them in the last month. They are 7 months old - but really it’s the same failing on each pair. They are $$ for a sub year lifespan.
Such a shame!
