Terrible experience — deliberate deception, do not buy from them.

I asked clearly where they are based and they lied straight to my face — claiming the Netherlands. The shoes arrived and were awful—nothing like described—so I started a return. That’s when they gave me a return address in China, completely contradicting what they told me earlier.

I sent the item via tracked Royal Mail exactly to their provided address. It’s now stuck in China customs for over a month. Customs have reached out to them to pay the required fees — but they simply refuse to settle or clear it. My parcel is stranded, they won’t accept delivery, won’t resolve it, and won’t refund me.

They deliberately mislead customers about their location so you think you’re buying from within Europe — only to make returns impossible and expensive once something goes wrong. Dishonest, unfair, and completely unprofessional.

NEVER BUY FROM SALIBLE LONDON. They are scammers — pure and simple. Save yourself the money, hassle, and heartache. Go elsewhere.

I ordered shoes from Salible London and computed the size needed for their chart. The shoes were a very narrow fit and I need a bigger size. Salible London want £11.95 to replace with a bigger size.
The fit of the shoes should be mentioned in the advertising and the postage charge of £11.95 is excessive.

Do not buy from this website.The website shows a lovely looking shop in London but the goods are of poor quality and take weeks to arrive from the far east. I was then refused a refund and offered a 10% discount and told I could keep the shoes, which do not fit.
Several e-mails later the offer has gone up to a 20% discount or a refund if I pay the return postage which they will not tell me how much will be.
Please avoid this company at all costs.

Lovely looking website with all indications that you are dealing with a UK based company. WRONG. I ordered a pair of Pelle - Italiana Leather Loafers size 8.5. (Sale on!, priced at £119.95 sale ends tonight £44.95.) I fell for them. They arrived in two plastic bags, the inner containing the shoes marked with a small sticker - 44 which equates to EU 9 - 9.5. At the initial quoted price I expected to receive all leather shoes. TOO GOOD to be TRUE comes to mind. At very best, part of the uppers might be made out of leather and the overall quality certainly not as advertised. They were far too big for me. Then the problems started, seventeen emails later and they still claim that they have sent me the correct size shoes and refuse to send me a prepaid address label to return them to their Chinese warehouse. This is your right both under UK and EU law. This is a Chinese company directly trading through a money collecting office in the Netherlands.
WARNING - BE CAREFUL BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Don't buy from Salible. The goods are made in China, do not meet the standard implied in the online photos. They are unwilling to accept returns and keep offering discounts instead. Finally, when a return is agreed it has to be sent to China and they try to make you avoid customs. Which risks you being charged custom cost for the full value of the items - this plus shipping may well be more than you paid.

Salible are just a 'shadow' company that basically 'fleece' idiots like me who were taken in by their slick website. They are a Chinese (who have no discernable morals at all) company who uses a price structure to lure unsuspecting buyers. Their goods are extremely poor quality and not as described. Please avoid and save heartache.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole, the goods do not come from London, they come from China, very,very poor quality, I ordered 2 pairs of 9.5 size shoes as I am a 9 so thought I would have a bit more room, couldn't get them on my feet, I've asked for a prepaid returns note, they are not interested, please, please don't go near them, I have basically lost £70.00, i wished I had read the reviews before I purchased the shoes. 😡😡😡

Total Scam. Ordered a pair of shoes, which took over 4-weeks to arrive and when they did arrive they had sent the wrong size. The shoes were of low quality and definitely not as advertised and merely a low quality Chinese rip off. Then the fun really started, this company want you to pay for the return to China (c.£30) and offer between a 10% to 50% refund none of which ever get paid. They advertise a store in London (again a scam) and do not follow uk or EU rules of basic business practices. A complete scam of a business run by crooks. Be more sensible than what I was and avoid. I

You would think at my age I’d be wise enough to recognise a scam, but no, I got caught hook line and sinker. Two days in I re-read the acknowledgements and saw the shipping company sounded Chinese. Digging deeper they are a Chinese company pretending to be English and based in London. No doubt using false photos on their website. Luckily my credit card company are honouring the payment and hopefully I have learnt a lesson. Hope this and the previous reviews help others.

Bought loafers online from Salible London. Ordered size 10 and paid £44.50 with debit card. Shoes arrived in about 4 weeks. Tried them on to find the loafers were far too big and too loose. No size indicated anywhere on the loafers. The overall quality was very poor and sub-standard. After three clafication emails to get return details, I was send a return address in China. No return label supplied. The Post Office advised me the cost to return the loafers would be £26.85. My personal experience with Salible shoes has been extremely poor.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoe on July 2nd - one pair arrived after around 2/3 weeks, the other, more expensive pair have not arrived.

Despite several emails they are now ignoring them, I have put in place a refund from my credit card company. Buyer beware.

Just terrible!!!
The goods took nearly a month arrive....
They bore no colour resemblance to what was ordered and shown on their site....
The sizing was supposed to be UK 43, more like 39.....
I asked for a refund, and after being told they were the same colour and the sizing was correct, they said I could return to tehir warehouse, no details given......
I pushed and they provided a very obscure address in China and offered A 10% REFUND, IFI SENT THEM BACK.....
AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CLEARLY CON ARTISTS

The shoes looked really good on their website, however, when I eventually received them I was disappointed with the quality. They said it was reduced from £99.95 so expected a top quality shoe. What I received was expensive even at the reduced price of £37.95. Should have just bought some from Clarks or searched for Hush Puppies.

Read the small print before purchase! I bought a pair of loafers, ordering a size 8, but was delivered a size 9/10 and if I wanted to return the 'not fit for use' goods I had to pay £11.95 for their return to warehouse in Asia (China). As a gesture of goodwill the company said I could keep the oversize and useless loafers.
