Great service. Good communication, well packaged and £200 cheaper than the best UK price. I will be using them again.

I recently purchased a B&B Italian Sofa and Bed from Fesal as well as a couple of Pianca Bedside tables. Their service and professionalism is next to none.

Filippo and his team are dedicated and trustworthy. I have been dealing with Fesal now for three years and can honestly say they provide a fantastic service and work very hard at making sure their customers needs are met.

If there is every an issue, it is dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Filippo travels to Australia at least twice a year and visits with his clients personally should they request it. He has a strong knowledge of what the Australian customer requires, fluent in both English and Italian.

I have no hesitation in recommending Fesal to those seeking to purchase outside of Australia. You will be in safe hands.

I would give zero stars if I could. This guy will apologise for issues, promise to rectify then totally ignore you.
Happy to share my bad experience with him if it saves someone else from being suckkered by his promises.

Fantastic and painless experience. Purchased high end kitchen appliances that would have been too expensive to buy in Australia. Goods were professionally crated and arrived in one piece; and communication was exceptional.
Had a minor issue with an oven door and Fesal replaced and arranged installation under warranty, no questions asked; has taken a little time, but satisfied nonetheless.
Good people to do business with; highly recommended.

The process took a little longer than I expected, but the product, service and packaging for importation were excellent.

Excellent service! We needed replacement parts for our showers that were not available in the US. We talked by phone on thier US line and they shipped the parts quickly and had great prices.

I bought an Elica cooker hood from Fesal and when the electrician tried to install we found that one of the part was broken.
I contacted Fesal and Antonio dealt with my issue. He was polite and efficient in all correspondents and I couldn’t have asked for more.
The replacement came 3 weeks later and I now have a working cooker hood.
I cannot reccomend this company enough and would definitely buy from them again.
You only know if a company is good when you have a problem.
