Trustable and competitive
Competitive pricing and great communications, they reply to emails within 24 hours. My items were delayed around 4 weeks from the quotation, but arrived safely, 40% cheaper than local greedy retailers and packed in a wooden carton. Great service.

Elica cooker hood
I ordered an elica cooker hood that was shipped from Italy. Their communication right thru the process was excellent, the way it was packaged was better than excellent. This is a real 5* company.
One small item I am still awaiting an invoice for the product.

Failure to delivery
My order took well above the estimated time frame to arrive, instead of 21 days it was almost 3 months to receive all the goods ordered. In the end 2 dispatches required to receive 4 gessi taps. Very unfortunate timing to place an order before summer vacation in Italy! The communication from fesal is poor especially about delays. On the bright side, the products are as described. The only reliable person was Filippo. The other staff in the office didn't seem to be able to answer promptly or provide any insight regarding delivery.

I love the new Gessi tap I purchased from Fesal. Filippo provided excellent customer service. He responded very quickly and answered all the questions I had. The tap was packaged very well and came within the expected time frame. I would definitely purchase from Fesal again.

Product sold /delivered does not match its description on the Fesal website
Purchased a range of Gaggenau kitchen appliances ( oven, microwave and coffee machine )
My selection was stainless steel as per their match description on Fesal website and my invoice states stainless steel.
However the appliances delivered were painted metallic finish and not stainless steel .
I have subsequently been informed the above appliance range is not available in stainless steel.
Fesal acknowledge their description error on their website and the following day changed their description of gaggenau appliances to reflect the true match .
Suppliers guarantee that goods sold should match their description given by advertising .
In the above case the goods I received did not match the description .
Fesal have offered a return and full refund due to their description error, however kitchen cabinetry has been made to measure for the above appliances .
Dissapointed that the appliances received did not match the description on my invoice and Fesal website .

As you yourself have acknowledged, your order's delay was solely the fault of TNT Australia. I was the one who discovered the delay and contacted you immediately.
We then had our Australian representative rush into action to expedite delivery. This included having the head of TNT Italy personally contact TNT Australia as well as organizing another courier on standby in case there was further delay from TNT Australia.
As a result delivery was made with 24 hours.
As for the issue of color, our product colors are clearly visible in our product images. When you told us you were not happy with the color we immediately offered you a full refund. This offer of a full refund was refused. We literally tried everything we could to make you a satisfied customer Toula, and we sincerely hope you enjoy your new Gaggenau appliances.

I found every body at Fesal very helpful, the service was great, nothing was a problem, they answered phone calls & emails very quickly.
