Excellent service, pick up was fast and efficient. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Dropped off into a post box in the airport was so easy, and acknowledged within 24hrs.

I have never had an ISP with such dedicated service! The staff at Sakura Mobile has been extremely responsive and took it upon themselves to investigate all the technical points that I kept bringing up. When they couldn't provide a technical solution through their partners they even looked for alternative options and came back to me in their own initiative when all other companies would have just given up.
Unfortunately, they were not able to provide what I was looking for (proper prefix delegation on IPv6), but that is ultimately due to their partner service providers. Still, all other ISPs I've had to deal with (in Italy, Germany, France...) never had the level of care and attention that Sakura Mobile staff has shown. I would definitely recommend them!

I was assisted in a very quick manner and also received of the information I required in addition to the router I requested to pick up. All in English too. Keep up the good work!

Everything went smoothly and fast. I ordered my hotspot and hour before and when I should up it was ready. Melvin was very nice and knowledgeable and made sure it my hotspot worked before I left.

We had internet service for 98% our trip. Upload and download speeds were great. We only had slow or no service in rural areas and small towns. Would definitely purchase again when we go back to Japan.

Sakura Mobile provided continuous and dependable pocket WiFi service throughout our recent 2-week trip to Japan! The spare battery provided to us lasted at least 16 hours of service per day. Each of the four of us in my family had one, so we could communicate while we traveled independently. It was easy to [ick up[ at Haneda airport right after customs and to return via the prepaid shipping envelopes. We simply packed them and slid them into one of the ref Post boxes in Tokyo.

Setting up a new SIM card and router is a very complicated task for someone like me. The staff explains things very clearly and patiently. They have also been very flexible regarding my situation, which gives me great peace of mind.

It’s so easy to rent WiFi for a few months with them being a foreigner in Japan. In less than an hour I came back home with the device. They were really helpful and kind.

The whole process is really smooth. I choose to pick up my sim in their office. The staff is professional and friendly. It is so hard to get a mobile phone in Japan for long term purpose when you do not have the residential card. Sakura Mobile does help a lot. Thank you.

We are a family of 4 adults. We wanted a 5G unlimited data package in an eSim for a 21 day period. We had a mix of Android and Apple phones. Yuko and Ken were able to quickly confirm all 4 phones were unlocked and quickly had everything installed and confirmed working.
Yuko and Ken were experts in their field. We were really happy with the excellent service and will recommend to our friends travelling to Japan.

I joined Sakura mobile quite a number of years ago now, basically as the communication can be done in English. I have not had any issues. Recently I updated my phone and needed to contact them to change from a SIM card to an esim. Their response was quick, helpful and I was able to get it all done within about 1.5 days. It might have been quicker if I did not initially contact them of an evening. Directions were clear, very happy it is up and running. I pay monthly by a direct debit my monthly bill is all in English.

The convenience of having a pocket wi fi was extremely useful. We traveled through central Japan and had no issues. The usage went smoothly throughout my whole trip. I encourage everyone to use this product!!
