Ordered far east currency (IDR, SGD, MYR) on Tuesday for pick-up Friday but was ready on Wednesday (1 day after ordering). The note denomination was good, no large notes which can cause problem when abroad. Overall couldn't fault the process

The cashier at Kiln lane was 20 minutes late. She then had issues logging on. Did not bother to acknowledged or apologise.
Wasted a whole hour waiting to collect the currency.

Pre order of euros. On Collection I was given mostly high denominations of notes. As a currency outlet for mostly tourists, I expected a better and lower value choice of notes.

Woman on counter very snotty. First time I arrived without ID, totally my fault. Response "well it does tell you on the email". Condescending tone unnecessary.
