Quick, and easy service, with great buy rate
The rat was very competitive, my order was ready sooner than expected, and collection was really easy and efficient. The cashier was very friendly and helpfully asked if I would like any smaller denominations, then was extremely patient in re-arranging and counting my order. I was very pleased with the service overall.

Message to say order was in store quickly.
Great Customer service when collected in store.
Lots of low denomination notes as well as the higher ones in the order. Sometimes from other foreign exchanges I am given all high denomination notes.

The counter was closed the first time I tried to collect my cash as the operator was on a break. The person manning the neighbouring cigarette kiosk was unable to assist.

A good experience.
I placed the order for Euros and received email and text within a few hours that it was ready. When I arrived there was no queue- this isn't always the case, I was lucky. The member of staff was very friendly and efficient, making the transaction a pleasure.

Easy and fast process
The ordering process and payment is easy but there is one thing that would make it even better: to be able to specify what kind of size notes you would like, for example all smaller notes please, need for tipping
